She is such a lovely lady! Always there for her clients. We got a nice, spacious room with a beautiful view. When we needed something we could asked Alma and her team took care of it. Also the breakfast and the food were so good! A complete buffet with fresh fruits, cheese, etc. We loved our stay and want to thank the crew for the nice stay. Berat is know as village/ town of 1000 windows.
Berat is know as village/ town of 1000 windows. There are 2 area of the old town which are on both sides of the river. It worth just wandering the streets of both old towns. The view from the castle also gives a different perspective. A beautiful old town with so much character. The town had so much to see and was absolutely beautiful.
The town had so much to see and was absolutely beautiful. The Ottoman era area was preserved amazingly well, as were the other parts of the old city. There were nice stores. The old city juxtaposed well with the modern era shopping and walking street that ran along the canal and a park where the town residents were out gathering in the evening.
