- From $72.83 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 158 reviews-Pool: clean, great music, drinks/ food easily accessible -Food in the main/ fancy restaurant was excellent -Staff throughout was kind, helpful and welcoming -Manager in the main/fancy restaurant was an A+ gentleman We had one issue during our lengthy stay and the manager in the main (fancy) restaurant moved swiftly and addressed the problem so that the remainder of our stay was enjoyable! We traveled from the US with our family and met family members here at this resort. In total we had over 20 people within our family from Albania, Greece and Italy. It was a great stay, we can not stress enough how the manager really made it a priority to address our concern. As a result, we would give this resort an A+ (we travel a lot!) We hope to be back soon! Thank you Palma Nova!Guest review bySUnited States
- From $104.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 263 reviewsI had a great 5-night stay at Albanian Star Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is perfect—right by the beach—and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I had the bed & breakfast option, and the breakfast was phenomenal—great variety and delicious every morning. Everything was well organized and made for a truly relaxing vacation. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!Guest review byIsmailNorth Macedonia
- From $154.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 211 reviewsThe setback location from the beach was a nice welcome adavantage, reducing light pollution from lit up beachfronts at night, reducing noise from music and talkers, and providing a nice short walk tot he beachfront. The food was tasty and decent drinks for the all inclusive package. Cleanliness was phenomenal, I think I saw floor being mopped 3-4 tims per day, tables were bussed promptly, and everyone was very politeGuest review byAndrewUnited States

I love the weather, the friendly people, their generosity and the amazing food which is reasonably priced, especially when eating in a restaurant serving local food. It is a happy place, full of amazing energy and surprises! It also feels very safe and very welcoming to foreigners! Mount Dajti is seen almost from everywhere you are in Tirana and it is very special seeing it from wherever you are in the city! It is a superb place as well as an undiscovered gem of a destination!Guest review byConorUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Didn't feel like Albania - very nice spacious beach with a shallow calm sea. Some areas are developed and others are not, covered in rubbish and derelict buildings. Lots of shops selling all you need.Guest review byMarek LasekUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Vore is well located between two main metropolitan cities in Albania. At the same time it’s a location where you can have a peace of mind. Being a small town one can not expect to have a metropolitan city has to offer but there is enough of what someone would need on daily bases.Guest review byAhmetUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Hidden gem.
Hidden gem. Pellumbas is only 30 min from Tirana bud it is actually beautiful small village with superb views, especially during sunset. Hiking treks are in nearby mountains, one trek leads to huge interesting cave and start directly frim the village center. Local people are very warm and welcoming. We stayed in Rozmarine pension and would go again for longer.Guest review byEva ŠatavováCzech Republic - 6.0

Tirana is a typical busy capital city with horrific traffic jams and it's a case of crossing your fingers as you try to cross the road. Found a great cafe bar Noor which we highly recommend. The market in the square is very overpriced and there's constant banging music. We felt thaat tourists were taken advantage of, accept in Noor which wa great value for money.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It's inexpensive here, the sea is beautiful, but there are no attractions. And the biggest problem is cleanliness. There is a lot of trash on the beach, a lot of open trash cans, in some places it stinks of sewage, and in one place something is leaking from a large pipe right onto the sand on the beach. If you stay at a good hotel, you may not notice any of this. But if you go for a walk around the city, unfortunately, it is clear that there are major problems with cleanliness.Guest review byDmytroCzech Republic - 8.0

Tirana is an exciting, rapidly improving city, with a lot of things to see, vivid culture, old, socialist, and modern architecture, but also many green spots, trees, parks. The best way to get around is walking, public transport is by bus, and you can get stuck in traffic. There are also city bikes, that could be useful. I feel like going back and exploring more places, other districts of the city, the Lake Park, the mountains around, the Dajti mountain for example. I stayed for 2 days and booked a half day bus tour to Bovilla Lake in advance. It was also nice, but I also could have spent this time walking in the city and the local parks.Guest review byMonikaAustria - 10.0

After almost 2,000 km traveled by car in nearly 30 hours due to countless traffic jams, we managed to arrive home without other problems, but of course extremely tired—yet with beautiful memories, to which you also contributed with your kindness and the valuable advice you gave us. We learned, with your help, that Albania is a beautiful country, still in a period of reconstruction, full of wonderful and hardworking people, always ready to help you with everything they can. But perhaps the most important thing is that they have not forgotten that Romanians and Albanians have been, and still are, brothers. We are connected by both past and present. The first thing that surprised us about our host was the outstanding cleanliness we found inside the apartment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything necessary, air conditioning in every room as well as in the kitchen, clean bed sheets, immaculate white towels, etc. It has happened to me to stay in luxury hotels and not find this level of perfection. About the hosts, we have only words of praise. Even before our arrival, they checked if we were all right, if anything had happened, and during our entire stay they were always there for us—at any hour—through WhatsApp and even through Mr. Nardi himself coming to the apartment in person, even though they live quite a distance away. We were pleasantly surprised that we even had free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. At our departure, they even offered to help us if we needed anything. Sincere congratulations to these people who once again showed us that Albanians are people with big hearts, always ready to help you as long as you respect them and come with good intentions to their country.Guest review byVlad-DomitianGermany
