If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Giacomo and Ivana were just beyond outstanding. Giacomo went out of his way to help us with a refund we needed for a petrol kiosk situation without us asking which was just amazing and so very thoughtful of him. Ivana made sure we had our breakfasts packed when we needed to leave the hotel early for our hikes. We saw her in full action - she was the receptionist, making coffee in the morning for breakfast and also preparing the breakfast spread as well. The rooms are modern, brand new and always clean. We highly recommend this lovely lodging to anyone touring the dolomites!

Everything the easy access to property, the rooms, location, breakfast, the little touches like a aluminium water bottle gift to take and fill up. The rooms were spotless. We were catching the Bernina Express in the afternoon and we were able to pay for a late check out which was very helpful as outside was quite cold. Would highly recommended staying there

The hotel is beautiful. Lovely staff. Good location. They give you a bus pass to use during your stay. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room we got was big with a seating area...very cosy. The view is amazing! Quiet room and corridors. Modern bathroom. Radiator in the bathroom. The room is not air conditioned, but it wasn't bad..being in July. It was 19C outside. Breakfast room is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was continental with scrambled eggs..and bacon. Parking available in a garage under the hotel...upto 2.3m. You have to check-in first, because the room e-card allows you to get into the garage. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing vacation at Santre in the Italian Alps. First of all, the scenery and the ambiance of the hotel were incredible. The food was fantastic, and I want to thank the chefs. In such a cold place, the heating system was designed exceptionally well. The infinity pool was stunning. I hope we can come back again. Thank you to the entire Santre team for this wonderful hospitality.

The swimming pools were pristine and provided us with a refreshing escape. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days lounging by the pool and taking in the breathtaking views. The location itself was magical, and the peaceful atmosphere of Langenfeld made us wish we could live there permanently. I have to mention how impressed we were with the friendliness and peacefulness of the people in Langenfeld. The Ebner's Waldhof am See Resort & Spal has very spacious family rooms. The spa area, especially the heated pool, is magnificent. You can come to lunch in a terry robe straight from the spa area. I really liked the food - a large variety of tasty and healthy food - you can even make your own smoothie from apples, carrots, sellerei and ginger. For dinner, you can choose from several menus, including vegetarian cuisine. Dinner dishes are served and decorated at the level of Michelin 5 stars. Every day the hotel has a new plan of events. The hotel is run by a family, their care and attention are present in every corner of the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, welcoming and friendly.

Giessbach is like stepping into a fantasy. The place is fabulous and the interior of the hotel is very butiful. Great nature and beautiful lake surrounding the place. The dinner was great with live, classical music accompanying great food and service. Perfect location in front of the Königssee. The receptionist was super kind to give us a FREE room upgrade to a very nice and newly renovated room with balcony and direct view of the Königssee. The stay was so worth it after night-shift work and the 10hr-train-travel. Love the bed and the bathroom too. Breakfast buffet.

We were surprised that many shops were closed on weekdays. Parking in the city is a little bit difficult. Clean, beautiful location, friendly people. Very hard to dine in the evening, mostly pizza, döner and thai food available only.

The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

Interlaken was the “cherry on top” of our European travels. The views were amazing (I’ve never seen 30+ paragliders in the sky…in the ALPs no less!!!), the area was so quaint, the locals friendly; and eating Swiss fondue somehow tastes better from the Alps! Highky recommend cappuccino and breakfast at the Aarburg (Tim & His Wife are awesome & The food not only tastes amazing but each dish is a work of art!) and the Boutique Hotel Bellevue.

This is a small, quaint town at the base of the Matterhorn. There are easy trips and hikes around the area. Lots of fun shops and delicious restaurants. We had some incredible meals there. Just a beautiful place to relax.

Lugano is an amazing and beautiful city surrounded by...

Lugano is an amazing and beautiful city surrounded by mountains, fantastic atmosphere, nice people, beautiful architecture and close to border of Italy. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so nice and we stayed there for a short time. Lugano is by all means worth a visit!!

We enjoyed walking around the lake in the morning with a visit to Bled Castle in the afternoon. Next day we spent 3 hours at the spectacular Vintgar Gorge and would recommend all these activities to visitors. With more time we could have done more hiking in the lake area and spent some time on the lake itself.

Would like to go back prepared to do the walks and hikes in the area. The old city and market were charming. Loved the Archeology museum and learning about Otzi the Iceman. Cable car and train a great introduction to the possibilities available for future visits.

There was a great view from my balcony as we could see Mount Eiger facing us closely from time to time. The location of the hotel was also great as it was just 4-minute walk from the Grindelwald station. In fact, the room size was a bit small. However, the breakfast was good with variety.

Our stay was for 3 days in October.

Our stay was for 3 days in October. Unfortunately in October attractions including most cable cars and the Mer de Glace are closed. But our visit to the Aiguille du Midi made our stay - we had great weather and the views from the Aiguille were amazing! Chamonix is a beautiful town. We enjoyed seeing Mont Blanc up-close. We enjoyed our hikes in the mountains near Chamonix.

This is one of those towns you need to keep coming back to.

This is one of those towns you need to keep coming back to. We love GP for a weekend getaway. We always ride the train in and get around by foot (or bus) after we're there. Go in every season...there's always something wonderful to experience.
