Amazing place! The area is quiet but close to the center - about 10 minutes on foot. The room is very cosy with a little kitchen including a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle; pots and pans for cooking, plates, cups, water and wine glasses for enjoying a meal. The room is well-planned with attention to detail and in good taste. Everything is new, clean and high quality. In the hall there's a kitchen area with a coffee machine and a nice assortment of tea. Just grab a few freshly baked buns in the bakery (about 100 m walk) and enjoy a lovely breakfast with butter, liver pate, jam or Nutella. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the place! We will definitely come to stay again!

An excellent, spacious, and clean hotel. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. The breakfasts are delicious. The nearest ski lifts are just a five-minute walk away. The hotel has two parking options: an open-air lot for €1 per day and an underground garage for €8 per day. In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. Additionally, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, you'll find excellent restaurants, a souvenir shop, two hypermarkets, and a thermal complex.     Really enjoyed our stay at Kohlerhof, everything about it was perfect. A charming hotel with a very alpine feel, located right by a bus stop to head up to Hochfugen ski area. Food was great, buffet style with a good choice. The spa area was excellent as well, perfect after a day on the slopes. We had one of the deluxe double rooms and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nicely done out, it felt just the right level of luxury. Finally the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I got home to the UK I realised I'd left a jacket in the room, a quick call to the hotel and the jacket was posted back to me. Fantastic customer service! 100% recommended and will definitely stay here again!

    Everything was perfect, we have a 10 month old baby and a small dog, and this was the perfect hotel for them. The suite had everything we needed, having a separate bedroom was really useful and the balcony was huge! Beds very comfortable. It was nice that the dog was allowed in the restaurant, and at breakfast (just under the table with a lead on). The indoor pool was warm and our baby enjoyed a little swim. The most impressive thing was that although we were in between seasons, all facilities were still available, even if we were the only ones at lunch, the full menu was still available. I felt like everyone went out of their way to help us and make sure we had a great stay.

    The location right on the lake is breathtaking. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The early morning plunges before breakfast were delightful. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The restaurant is delicious. The breakfast (by the lake) offers many options. The entire vibe of the hotel is incredible: you feel like in a spa retreat the 1800s, with perfect good taste. Special mention for the free paddle boards and sauna. We were sorry to leave and hope to come back!

    The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

    Great base for exploring the several mountain ranges nearby. Great tourist information centre with helpful staff, a useful train station with trains to/from Innsbruck (and even München in Germany), several supermarkets and a good range of restaurants and cafes.

    We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside Lake Constance. There are nice restaurants & cafes, shops, walks, boats etc and we enjoyed the cable car ride to see the small farm, great for children and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The area is excellent for cyclists & runners, and for people with mobility issues. There are ferries which go to the small German island of Lindau, which is worth a visit and it takes 20-30 minutes. Quite a few of the cafes shops and restaurants are closed on a Sunday.

    We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites to Salzburg. I first visited Kitzbuhel in 1970 when I was on a high school trip. I wanted my husband to see what a charming Tyrolean town it is. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful!
