Newly renovated, opened in July. Location was lovely. Directly on the water with walking trails, marinas, wildlife and a beautiful bathhouse. The front desk staff was warm, exceptional thoughtful and helpful. Parking was close and easy. Rooms were modern, clean, filled with light, and comfortable. The best pillow of our travels in Europe. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Try a hot chocolate or elderflower juice and enjoy your stay!

The hotel is very modern and we really liked the self check in and the digital keys. You can of course also have a normal card but the digital keys worked without any issues for us. The breakfast was delicious. It is a very quiet area where the hotel is situated and the views to the mountains are amazing. The staff was super friendly. Very close to Lichtenstein and Schweiz. Our stay was just wonderful. The hotel is super sweet located a bit outside the Old Town but no problem getting there in bus. It’s in a quiet area near the most gorgeous park. We took a bus to our hike which was convenient. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room had a kitchen which we used. Basics to prepare breakfast and small omelette dinners. Groceries nearby. Highly recommend.

Owner and staff hospitality. Room was specious, modern, and very clean. The view from the terrace was magnificent (we reserved a room with the castle view, but honestly the valley is beautiful so the view from other rooms would not be disappointing). Breakfast was great. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm. What else can you ask for? In addition, the location is perfect for visiting Eisriesenwelt cave. We reserved tickets for the first group of the day, so the hike up was cool and refreshing, the cave was not crowded (yet), and we were even allowed to take pictures inside the cave :) Originally we booked one night, but we ended up staying 2 nights. We really liked the place!

    We loved at stay at this hotel. Nothing is spared. They even offer fruit and drinks by the swimming pool for free and the cake time at lunch was a delicious surprise. We've had a wonderful short stay there with our two small children and we are looking forward to our next visit.     The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

    We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside...

    We liked the beauty of Bregenz which is situated alongside Lake Constance. There are nice restaurants & cafes, shops, walks, boats etc and we enjoyed the cable car ride to see the small farm, great for children and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The area is excellent for cyclists & runners, and for people with mobility issues. There are ferries which go to the small German island of Lindau, which is worth a visit and it takes 20-30 minutes. Quite a few of the cafes shops and restaurants are closed on a Sunday.

    Great base for exploring the several mountain ranges nearby. Great tourist information centre with helpful staff, a useful train station with trains to/from Innsbruck (and even München in Germany), several supermarkets and a good range of restaurants and cafes.

    Still not yet stayed in the hotel I can put my comment after 25th of October 25 But so far mounting, Hotel Lewis in kaprun is corporate very nice. I looking forward to stay in this hotel & hope meet my satisfaction

    Close to Bregenz and Bodensee (Lake Constance), perfect location to explore the region without moving your car. Our hotel provided Voralberg card during our stay, so buses/trains are free. Wide selection of nice restaurants are in the centre.

    We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    Quaint village that I wish I’d had more time to explore for walking and nature. We were looking for a local experience as we like to see how people in an area live. We were very happy with our choice to visit and enjoyed authentic Austrian cuisine and lodging while visiting.

    We stopped over for one night on our trip from the Dolomites to Salzburg. I first visited Kitzbuhel in 1970 when I was on a high school trip. I wanted my husband to see what a charming Tyrolean town it is. We really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel was wonderful!
