The hotel is located at the best spot in Zell am see, near everything. Breakfast was good but without much variety for Muslims. Staff was nice and helpful, they helped us with the luggage, and also recommended the best places to visit in zell am see. Zell am see summer pass is really great, it includes most of the top attractions of zell am see.

The town of Imat beautiful and quaint. The Hotel owners were very nice and accommodating. They had a wonderful dog that greeted anybody that walked in and welcomes you home.

Schloss Hotel Fernsteinsee with its own castle is set at the foot of the sunny side of the Fernpass, only a few miles from the Zugspitze Mountain.

We stayed in the castle part. There is a nice little walk way from the lobby building to the castle. The beautiful waterfall is beside it. The outside of the castle is looks a little rustic but inside is beautiful and nicely furnished with antique furnitures. The kitchen and the bathroom is renovated to modern but the room is original castle room and furnitures.
