Rooms were spacious, clean and a great fit for the ambience of the location. Breakfast included was great. We loved the spa and pools available, felt clean and relaxing. Plenty of amenities within the spa and pool to add to the experience. Staff was great, delivered requested items right to our room immediately after asking and were always friendly and helpful. Great place we'd recommend to anyone.

Very stylish and comfortable boutique hotel. Excellent location just across the river from the old town centre. Our room was bright and spacious with a built in smart speaker. Whilst there wasn't parking available on site (understandable in such a central location), it was just a 2-minute walk to the nearby car park where reserved, discount parking was available.

    I stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly positive. From the very first moment I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to give advice and to respond to every request with a smile. The property is beautiful and well maintained, in a convenient location that makes it easy to get around and reach everything you need without difficulty. My room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made the stay even more pleasant. One aspect I found particularly useful was the kitchen area available for guests: having access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a vending machine was a real plus, especially for those who like to organize themselves independently.     The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

    Perfect place and wonderful hosts. A quiet and peaceful place off the beaten track, perfect for relaxing from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is new and clean, well-equipped. I definitely recommend it.
