The rooms are large and clean, the furniture and finishing are modern, the facilities are excellent and they provide coffee and water every day. Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.

The atmosphere is amazing! All staff were kind and great! A huge thank you to the lady helping on the breakfast area, she was so communicative and my daughter loved her! She’s very kind and we felt great. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is new. Room was perfect and clean and because we were checking out on a Tuesday, they allowed us for a late check out which helped us, as we were with our daughter and our flight was not until late afternoon. Highly recommend it!

This place was fantastic and paid every attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful, even giving us tips on the best way to get to Bruges. They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. The location is unbeatable—centrally situated with a view overlooking the Christmas market.     I liked that it was close to the city centre, there were some stores, cafes, a restaurant with pizza and also some bars. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, TV, good light, plenty of towels and plenty of hot water in the shower. The personnel at the reception was very polite and friendly, we kept in touch via e-mail regarding the best way to check-in and they gave me all necessary information for a great visit to the city - they even allowed me to leave my luggage until my flight.

    Brussels is a city full of contrasts.

    Brussels is a city full of contrasts. Beautiful in places but extremely neglected in others. The museums and boulevards were amazing, the stations and parks in need of some attention. There was a great deal of construction and roadworks going on when I visited, which has to be done, I know, but made walking around difficult at times. A great deal to see and do, and I would definitely recommend it to travellers who like art, culture and all things European!

    Great Beer and Chocolate. Beer tasting and / or visiting some of the traditional local bars - highly reccomended. Hiring / using city bikes is a great way to get around - reccomended. We used VOI but plenty of others

    Love the place!

    Love the place! Excellent food everywhere, highly recommend Asturias restaurant, three minutes from gare Zud. And the weekend market at the abbatoir is superb. Great value. Also zee fish restaurant. I don’t personally bother with the central square, happy just strolling around Anderlecht. I never felt unsafe at all
