- From US$152.84 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,356 reviewsThe room was so nice and you could only hear a train/ tram but it was not much of an bother as you may think. The staff was so nice and understanding. There was a dirty pillow and they immediately send staff up to clean it. We had a late check-out (due to problems with our car) and only stayed 20 minutes later then the check-out and they did not charge us. break fast was also good. if you are by car there are so many stores, restaurants close by. Never been more relaxed even after the stress with the car.Guest review byAmraNetherlands
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 45 reviewsSuperb B&B in a beautiful location. It’s an old construction fully renovated, very cozy and warm. We went in December and enjoyed the fireplace and the bath in our room. The homemade breakfast is served in a cozy bar with views to the scenery. The owners are extremely friendly and gave us tips to discover the area. There are plenty of trekking options and biker trails. We will certainly come back in summer!Guest review byLAURABelgium

Ghent was worth more than a day trip.
Ghent was worth more than a day trip. I'm glad I stayed overnight to see it in the evening, via a free walking tour organized by Legends, and then a day tour, or wandered through the markets and cafes.Guest review byEllenGermany - 10.0

Lovely little town right between Brussels and Ghent - so perfect location to explore both cities if you have a car. The village itself is peaceful, clean and green with lots of helpful people who speak English and French. There is an amazing little tavern in the village where we stayed, but many more restaurants in the town.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 6.0

It is ok to visit St Niklaas for 1 day as it is small town. It is good in combination with the visit to Antwerp. There are few historical sights. The restaurants usually close at 22.00 so make sure that you go to eat on time.Guest review byNataliaBelgium - 10.0

Oudennarde is a lovely town with a beautiful square in the centre. It's a great place to have a Belgian beer and watch the world go by. There are plenty of places to eat but Margarethas is by far the best. It might appear to be expensive but you get excellent food for your money. A walk by the river is recommended - especially on a sunny day. Additionally, Donk Lake is also a lovely place for a walk - or to watch the wake boarders. Unfortunately, it rained every day while we were there. A trip to Ghent is probably recommended if you spend more than two to three nights here.Guest review byLenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

beautiful historic town ,very friendly people. parking was plentiful and once you got to grip with the language most directions were easy to follow. for people with the love of biking, this area is idyllic and very safe. we were impressed with the facilities both on and of the road side for mobility scooters and wheelchairs, often taking priority over cars and other traffic. everywhere was so clean and especially public conveniences. there were nice straight roads to other areas such as Sint-Niklaas and Sint- Pauwels , tempse. many sightseeing spots. Overall atmosphere was friendly and laid back. we are hoping to visit againGuest review byAndreaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Didn't see much of town as I was involved elsewhere, but it had some bistros and restaurants. It was a clean and tidy place, parking was good near the hotel. A good base to tour north-west Belgium. Very close to main roads.Guest review byJeffreyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely area, perfect for relaxing and strolling around in the countryside. close enough to beautiful cities, ideal to visit during the day and then return to relax in the countryside. The buildings and architecture reflect the age of the buildings, but the buildings have been well maintained. The people are friendly, helpful and will assist the visitor in way they can. The prices are moderate and so shopping and dining are first rate.Guest review byEvanAustralia - 6.0

It is a beautiful city and we enjoyed strolling, eating and drinking there. We took a boat trip and it was very enjoyable. We attended a football match Belgium v North Macedonia and were disappointed that there didn't seem to be much match atmosphere around the city, or even the stadium. There were no stalls selling colours or scarves.Guest review byJanIreland
