The place was magnificent, all inclusive stay with all meals, safari and boat cruise on the Chobe river. The view is to die for. Could not thank the staff enough. This place will be recommended to all friends and family.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this place. The villa is incredibly stylish, offering both comfort and elegance in every detail. The owners and staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. Everything. We have been travelling for 2 years and hardly ever do we give 10/10 as there’s always something that could be better. Not here!! Secure parking - always very important for our motorbikes. Room - cannot fault it. Our own little home from home. Every detail has been thought about as if the room has been lived in by the owners, not just turned into a guest house. The bed was super comfortable and large, comfy armchairs, good working desk, fabulous wardrobe and storage including hangers!! There was also a patio where we could sit outside. Loads and loads of power sockets all round the room and in convenient places. We had no trouble charging anything at all. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower fantastic. All toiletries provided and super thick towels. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and hot! Lumba is a lovely person and fabulous host. She couldn’t do enough for us and looked after us extremely well. We felt like a part of the family. We extended our stay and stayed for five nights in the end. Such a wonderful place.

WOW! This was one of my best experiences! Connie is an excellent host, who goes far and beyond! The entire time of our stay, Connie was making sure we were comfortable and happy. We arrived very early in the morning and Connie let us check in without problems. She was always around to have lovely chat, the room was perfect, even small things like putting documentaries about Chobe national park, while she heard us getting ready for the game drive made us feel really comfortable. Connie was so nice and hospitable, that I regretted we didn't come earlier to stay longer.. Unfortunately, we had to proceed to Francistown. I fully recommend POVI Holiday home

We had one chalet and 2 people camping next to it. I´d say this one is a very special place on a worldwide scale. You stay in a comfy bed with a warm shower and can watch elephants drinking a the waterhole and sunset. Staff is super nice, too. Owner is a farmer and you can buy pig meat from him. Road is signposted very well and the ¨diversion" that you need to drive to go there between Chobe river and Savuti is way better than the main road. So just perfect place to stay if you drive this route.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Hope to see you again!!!
