The hotel was very beautiful, surrounded by a spectacular environment. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They upgraded our room, and we enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub was amazing. There was complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. We would definitely return, highly recommended.

Was breakfast included? We didn't have it? My daughter booked so we must have missed that part. Very cute and right above the pub, which was lovely and a fun time. Not noisy at all

The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

The hosts were super friendly. Gave you Lots of privacy. The hot tub is great. The views from their garden were amazing. Super clean and one of the best beds we ever slept in!
