The village was absolutely beautiful.The weather was great.However, the hotel staff upon arrival were unfriendly.They did not provide information as to opening hours of the pool gym.And when you ask them questions, it seemed that you were bothering them.Same with the lifeguard at the pool, I walked in with my coffee one morning, and he really yelled at me actually told me that because it's glass, I need to get out right now. He actually got in my face in a threatening manner, I was never scolded before by a lifeguard.In addition, the pool was full of bugs.I had my daughter get out of the pool because they were not cleaning it sufficiently with a net to remove the bugs. I reserved the two bedroom suite, extremely high priced.I would have expected a little more service and care.The bathrooms were clean.The beds were comfortable and the view was nice.But that's the extent of my positive experience at that hotel.The rest unfortunately was subpar for r what I was expecting. Saint-Jerome is the start (or end) of the Petite Train du Nord cycle route. Excellent cycle infrastructure. Plenty of restaurants in the downtown core. A lively place for events. We stayed at the Super 8 which is about 4 kms from the downtown core, but there were restaurants close by. Getting to the Super 8 on bicycles was not quite as straight forward as we would have liked, but leaving to join the Petite Nord du Train south was easy as we knew where the cycle paths were.Guest review byJacquelineCanada - 10.0

We went to enjoy the fall colours, the Laurentians are beautiful at that time. However, in Sainte-Adèle, most restaurants and many businesses were closed in the begining of the week; very disapointing. However we drove around and walked to enjoy mother-nature's Fall colours. When I got to the hotel, it was from 4pm until 5pm. I received a $ 300 deposit. When I checked out of the hotel at 5 pm, the deposit was not returned to me. And when I called the hotel, they disrespectfully told me that I had to go back to the hotel to receive the deposit! I'm in Toronto now !!!!!! And unfortunately $ 300 has been deducted from my account and no one is responsible. I really complain about this hotel! But unfortunately I do not know what to do. The nature, the mountain and the restaurants were all you want to have on your trip. I like the view, I like to ski and I like to eat well. I also like to stay in comfy room with a fridge where there is soda, fresh water and some wonderful fruits. All I needed in a close distance. It is easy to reach the hyghway. The Oberge Inn is a wonderful place to stay with a family. The kitchen area is vast, well equiped, facing the river with a BBq and terrace area.
