The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

From Interlaken Ost, bus #103 stops a few meters before the hotel, every 30min. The restaurant serves very good breakfast & excellent food for lunch & dinner. Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Great location as it is right next to the Interlaken West station. The apartment is pretty new, secure and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony that can fit a dining table for 4 with a very nice view. Even though our room is facing the train track, the noise level is acceptable even when we had the window open during the night. We had a great stay here and cannot recommend it more!

    Giessbach is like stepping into a fantasy. The place is fabulous and the interior of the hotel is very butiful. Great nature and beautiful lake surrounding the place. The dinner was great with live, classical music accompanying great food and service.     It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

    The view was beautiful, it was conveniently located. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a request we made about the bedding. The breakfast was very nice, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. They even prepared a very special breakfast for me and my husband on our last day there. I highly recommend Strandhotel, best hotel in Iseltwald! Just few steps away from the kdrama Crash Landing On You's landing stage! Hope to be back!

    Brienz is easy to approach from interlaken by train or car. Brienz lake view, cruise journey from Brienz to Iseltwald, interlaken was awesome. Brienz Rothorn train ride is amazing and unforgettable and the views of Brienz lake from top of mountains were Marvellous. I would suggest everyone who wants to explore Lautterbrunnen, Grindelwald, harder Kulm please come, stay and visit Brienz.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Beautiful little town.

    Beautiful little town. Lake brienz cruise is the perfect start to the trip. Can't visit the waterfalls around the lake or just walk along the promenade. We were lucky to be there on 1 August - swiss national day. Got to see fireworks at the lake. Beautiful sight at night!

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained.     We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience...

    We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience also Harder Kulm by the funicular and another brilliant trip was to Schynige Platte by cog railway which was brilliant. We also visited the Ballenberg open air museum which was very interesting and took us all day to go around it. Interlaken is a good central location for visiting the area
