The entire place was fantastic. The closeness to the train terminal literally 1 minute walk, the check-in to the hotel, the staff were sweet & friendly and inviting (compliments to Christine and the team), also the food was delicious - great breakfast and lastly, the rooms were just world class. Sad that we weren't able to book the lake view room but despite that, the room was just fantastic. Compliments to Nicole, Christine and the team. We just love your hotel and we were honored to spend new years 2025 with you all at the Yarn! Hope we can join some form of loyalty club for the hotel to always stay here. Perfect location just next to the train station with a direct train connection both to Zurich centre and to the airport. Rooms with amazing lake view were cosy, clean and modern. Breakfast was very good and staff was nice and helpful.

The location was wonderful. A view of the Zürisee, near the train station, but not so near that you could hear the trains. A delicious breakfast included in the price of the booking.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

I love the service, attitude, positivity of the front desk staff as well as the staff who helped to carry our luggage and welcomed us the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. They exceeded my expectations! This is such as nice place to stay in Zürich. The environment is entirely different from that near the Zurich Main Train Station. The room design is modern, v clean. The kitchen utensils were all of high quality, vv clean as well. Totally no issue for a clean freak like me. They even provided chauffeur service from hotel to the nearest train station. Service was just ups!! From the start till the end. Will definitely stay here again, if I go Thalwil!
