The establishment run by a wonderful Family with passion, professionalism and personal touch. Each guests welcomed and treated with care and love.
Since I had my birthday on the weekend - we have received an upgrade to a beautiful suite which was full window, overlooking lake Lucerne, within the suite there was a jacuzzi.
The location is quiet, yet, many things to do around. You can also take boat trip, go for a hike, etc.
Within a hotel there is a fantastic restaurant - with great Chef and culinary, hospitality team - which is popular by locals and tourists equally. The food is amazing - we had Asian food.
The breakfast offers healthy food with fresh local ingredients, from farmers near by - on the buffet menu: fresh cuts, various breads, cheese, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and hot drink and eggs offered everyone as per their taste.
The Service Team is the Gem of this hotel - we were just humbled by the treatment of the Team.
There is a safe, free underground parking with plenty of places.
Thank you very much for the special birthday arrangement, the upgrade, the birthday cake, the kind celebration and chocolates. We are already planning our return trip and waiting to spend few days at the hotel.
Our experience was magical, and exceeded our expectation.

This city is a short distance from Lucerne.
This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans. You can easily get the train to Luzern or Engelberg and visit the Stanserhorn bahn or the Titlis bahn. Where you can ski, take in the beautiful views or do some walking. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . There are so many places we like: 1. Breakfast at Spices Kitchen & Terrace - breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne for breakfast. Go early to get a table near the window. 2. Restaurant Taverne - its rosti is the best I have eaten in Switzerland. Must try! 3. For tennis players, must visit Diamond Domes to play tennis. For golfers, must try the 9 hole golf course with stunning scenery. 4. Experience the Hammetschwand Lift and the Suspension Stairs. 5. Enjoy the funicular railway and catamaran to Lucerne and return. All complimentary for hotel guests. 6. Download the Burgenstock App and check out the daily activities. There are Core & Stretch, Aqua Fitness, History Tour and Burgenstock Resort Movie. 7. The closest one where I stayed for work is the Culinarium Alpinum where I require to walk to the office. Also, there is no uber or any local app for cab to be there within the city ride. However, the buses and trains are well connected as the timings alone required to be known well in advance before you travel for the day as the nearest hill for food is Sarnen and nearest station is Stans and from there, you could travel to Lucern or stop trains through hops for Zurich.Guest review byKrishnakumarIndia - 8.0

It offers wondeful views of the lake and the mountains and some really nice hotels and restaurants that exceeded our expectations. Kehrsiten is a very small village. Seebaumen Hotel is located at the end of a 3km very narrow road, which leads to private houses. This is not a route you do easily everyday, especially if you have big car. You have very few alternatives except hiking and exploring the nature around the hotel.
