- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 168 reviewsWe got stuck here for 3 nights instead of one when a severe thunderstorm has washed away a bridge down in the valley and ruind the road. In this emergency situation, the stuff revealed itself on its full glory. They were helpful and courteous and we had everything we needed in this situation. We stayed longer, we were fed, and all the people were extremely friendly. In general, I can only recommend this place, because the location is stunning, the vistas are wonderful. The hotel itself has a very cool vibe. A special thank you to Marco, the manager. I will certainly return again!Guest review byBogdanSwitzerland
- From $201.78 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 87 reviewsAndrea's hospitality was wonderful. The main room is truly gorgeous - the architecture, the woodworking, the windows and natural light coming in off the mountains. This is a delightful hotel and I would recommend visiting the area just to stay here and experience the surrounding beauty. The rooms are simple and just right (I'm 6'2/189cm and fit well in the bed). Overall it's a great mix of old, beautifully worked wood, and clean, updated finishes. Also, Andrea's cappuccino in the morning was the real deal! I now know what American baristas are trying to make :)Guest review byHenryUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 55 reviewsVery enjoyable apartment. Absolutely perfect, and exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. Lots of space, well outfitted, very comfortable. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and co-op grocery. The lady met us promptly upon our arrival, and was extremely pleasant and welcoming. We highly recommend this apartment.Guest review byGaryUnited States
- From $85.76 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 141 reviewsThe host was amazing and very friendly and hospitable. He made snacks for us when we arrived. And he invited us to come and join him and his friend to socialize on his porch. I was suffering from a lot of muscle soreness and he offered some arnica oil to help with the soreness. I felt as though we were in good hands.Guest review byKristinUnited States

I slept so good and haven’t slept that way in a long time. The area is quiet and peaceful with amazing views! If I could stay here my whole trip I would! 10/10 highly recommend.Guest review byWilkeJapan

Bignasco is very handily situated in the crossroads of an excellent hiking region. Staying there for 2,5 days gave a possibility for a few great hikes, but staying twice as long would have been better. I used Bignasco only as a starting point to trips farther away and missed out on most local sights, that I discovered once I was already leaving. One must take time to walk around the village, visit the waterfall (and perhaps take a swim there), check out the old houses and bridges, climb on top of "the mushroom" and pick blueberries by the hiking trails.Guest review byTiinaEstonia
