Front desk staffs are nice and speak good English. Room is big and comfortable, and I am very grateful for the upgrade since it is our honeymoon trip! In addition, I am especially satisfied with the hot showers and water pressures, which is probably the best one during our trip within the past 30 days in South America.

This was my First time in Chile and the location was next to one for the biggest shopping malls, The breakfast was simple and taste and had everything you wanted, and I really enjoyed it, the front office and staff was excellent. I would 100% recommend this hotel to visitors

The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

Nice boutique hotel located in a quiet street in central Santiago. The Bellas Artes metro station is right around the corner. It's also walking distance to many tourist attractions. The area feels very safe, and there are many shops, markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The heating is with A/C and it worked well. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, with staff who clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible. We stayed during winter (in July) and while it was cold, each room came equipped with a heater and warm blankets. We also loved the breakfast - bread, meats (or avocado for vegetarians!), cheeses, tomatoes and individual portions of scrambled eggs, along with fruits, yoghurts and cake! The interior was so charming and it was about 30 mins walking to many of the main attractions in Santiago Central :) thank you for such a nice stay!

    Inclusive breakfast had a good choice from pastries to cold meats to hot choices. Omelette chef to cook to order. The restaurant was superb. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in great hotels all over the world and the food was equal to them. Shame it’s not busier. Location is great near the historic area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, well decorated. The reception staff were magnificent helping us with phone calls and translation when Kate was the victim of pickpockets on the metro losing her passport.

    This is a very unique, eclectic property with Cottages that mimic Hippie Caravans and wine barrels. The grounds are sprawling with a pool, open air bar and restaurant and optional spa, hot tubs, etc. The owner and his staff were very helpful as we don't speak the language. There are resident dogs on the property that are very affectionate, but the beagle is quite vocal (barking). The bed was very comfortable in our cottage and we really enjoyed our stay.

    Nobody I know likes Santiago or feels safe in Santiago. In my opinion, there is nothing to do in Santiago. Lastarria is a fun spot to stay. If you can get a view of the mountains that is a good thing. Uber is very expensive.

    Santiago is an amazing city.

    Santiago is an amazing city. And if you are a skier or snowboarder, this is an excellent place to come. if you stay in the Los Condes area, you are right at the base of the Andes and have access to several snow resorts, such as La Parva, and Valle Nevado. There's also a lot of activities, shopping, and dinning options all around. Vina del Mar and the Chilean wine country are also within a relatively short distance. Santoago Chile is well worth the trip, and a low budget option at that, as it is lower-cost option than other snow destination in South America. Keep in mind that there are earthquakes here, and the fact that the snow season here (June to October) is reverse of what it is on the Northern hemisphere.

    We were only in Santiago for 1 night. I would like to stay a few days to explore the sites in the future. We only speak English so it would be good to learn some Spanish. We ate in the food court in the shopping centre.
