At first, I wasn’t satisfied with my room, but they immediately arranged a change, which I really appreciated. Communication in English was not a problem at all. Julie at the reception was especially helpful—she spoke fluent English and provided me with great information about the city and everything I needed. The hotel also offers a nice massage service on the third floor, which I enjoyed. Breakfast was generally good, with a variety of Chinese options.
