The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and well-equipped with right amenities. The hotel general facilities (restaurants, bars, breakfast area, pools, lobby...) were very well furnished/decorated, and being run professionally. The hotel staff are all very welcoming and helpful. What can I say more than a thank you 😊. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was so lovely, we enjoy it so much. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was quiet we enjoy every moment. The breakfast was various and delicious. And more than that, the bed was so comfortable.

    Amazing huge bath tub with glass, so we could have a bath while watching a movie. There was HBO available, so that was a huge plus for us. The bed was really comfortable, room was spacious and very clean, there was a office space, the bathroom was nice and big.     It is all that we can expect of a modern city. Well designed, clean, efficient and langham staff are extraordinary. Just watch out for the bad potatoes..a dishonest taxi driver that fetched us from shekou ferry terminal.

    Been first time in Shenzhen and not able to speak Chinese...

    Been first time in Shenzhen and not able to speak Chinese was interesting. People were helpful, polite and patient. I was told there were all sorts of hurdles. No internet, needs VPN , no WhatsApp blah blah blah. I bought an esim from Agoda which was cheap as chips which worked brilliantly. WhatsApp worked as normal. I installed Alipay with a credit card that doesn't charge international fees before travelling. Alipay pays for everything. Brilliant. It had Didi for transport. Brillant. I had WeChat installed but not able to read Chinese it was not completely helpful unless I ask the restaurant staff to help. I installed Amap which is to replace Google map and it was very accurate. So an esim from Agoda/Alipay/Amap/WeChat is all you need. Oh Google translation was mighty helpful for menus etc Enjoy.
