Location is in the middle of the city but so quiet and in the middle of beautiful nature. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, good bed, sofa, dinner table, kitchen, warm water, maybe they can add some salt and pepper to the room, but we were able to get some at the restaurant. I really liked the outside area as well, the hammock and terrace. Also to sit by the water and watch the water run by is relaxing after a long hike.

This place really was one of the highlights of our trip through Panama! It was one of those hotels where you could feel people are doing it with their heart and truly care about making their guests an amazing time. The owner greets you personally, he was always there if we needed something, brought us fresh coconuts from the tree and tropical fruit to try. The staff was super friendly and quick. The food was very good, we loved the breakfast and dinners we had. You also have local coffee and tea in the room which is such a nice gesture. We also got lunches to go for our day trips, in a cooler with ice. The view is also great and we saw so many monkeys and birds and iguanas. Definitely recommend!

    Truly one of the best places I've stayed. The staff were absolutely amazing, anticipating all our needs and going above and beyond in every way (Carlos and Guillermo delivering greeting us after our morning kayak with green juice, Benny serving up delicious custom cocktails, Iris who gave us the most incredible deep massage, Benny arranging all the experiences we wanted, putting up with our terrible dance moves, and making sure all our needs were taken care of... I could go on and on.) And then there is the place itself! The cabanas were heavenly – the mattress was a cloud and that outdoor shower was truly one of the best either of us have ever had. Add in the monkeys and sunset views right out our front door? Wow. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time, and hope to someday return!

    I loved the apartment with the stairs, the balcony and the wonderful view on palm trees and the barqueta beach with its beautiful waves! The pool was just a few steps away so I could switch between pool and beach in just a short time. The staff was extremely welcoming, I would like to thank especially Alan and Manuel for their extraordinary attention and solution focused service during the stay of those 2 weeks. The barqueta beach invites for long walk on the beach and impresses with wild waves and stunning sunsets. Will definitely back next year for another time out and recovery from daily city life!     Everything was lovely. The hotel was beyond expectation. The entire environment is beautiful and relaxing. We were on business trip and had a packed schedule, otherwise would love to spend more time to enjoy the hotel. Dine in breakfast and dinner was delicious, there were two mornings that we had to go out very early and didn't have time to dine in, we were able to order a take out sandwich meal from the restaurant. Thank you for making our travel smooth and easy. This place is absolutely memorable and we would love to come back again in the future!

    The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The check in was very smooth. Room was clean and the bed comfortable, so we slept really well. There was hot water in the shower. It was everything a tired traveller needs! Plus a great central location, close to the bus station. The check out was at 2 pm, so we could relax in the morning, then went out to get some food and didn't have to rush back. Will definitely stay again when passing through David.

    Lovely ambience from the restaurant next door playing soft music in the afternoon. Gentle breezes flow through the Hotel. Everything is very clean. In house laundry service.     Everything about the place was excellent. Dora and Herman were friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was comfortable and facilities everything we could require. The garden though is a masterpiece, we spent many an hour just sitting and watching the flowers and wildlife that visited.

    All of the hype you have heard about Boquete is true.

    All of the hype you have heard about Boquete is true. I don't know how anyone could visit this place and not fall in love with it and its people. Friendly people, wonderful sense of community, nature is everywhere. Butterflies float about the flowers, artistic and whimsical nature is all around. Favorite restaurants were The Rock, Christopher's Steakhouse. Favorite street food was the Columbian street taco (red bus) and Rudo's street tacos (Tacosrudos.com). You won't regret it!

    This is a great place if you like hiking.

    This is a great place if you like hiking. We hiked into the forest, across the mountain to Boquete, and just around the local area. The local busses are great, really frequent and easy to use. Next time I would take the bus down the road a bit to cut down the distance over to Boquete as that hike was a bit long for us. But overall, we loved this place.

    We traveled in Jan therefore the weather was perfect. Nature is amazing and the temperature as well. The city of Volcan services the needs of the habitats. Streets are wide and new, clean, no traffic. Restaurants close at 7pm. Choices are v limited. Very. Thought Volcan is just an hour’s drive from Boquette, the layout was completely different. Again, the nature pays-off. And the drive to Davide is very comfortable and short.

    The resort is spotless, and its location is ideal. The beach is beautiful, with white sand that goes on for miles. We thought the food was exceptional, and the staff were so friendly and hard-working. We had no interest in eating anywhere else. I hoped to attend yoga on the beach class, but unfortunately, it wasn't offered during our stay. For all we enjoyed, I felt the price was highly affordable.

    Great vibe to the town. It is much more costly than I had expected as the other parts of Panama are much, much more affordable. Big Daddy's was a great place to eat and drink, There are many coffee shops but they don't open until 8 or 9 am? Everything you could want is in walking distance unless you are in the mountains. I was there for dental implants and Odonto Smile Clinic in Alto Boquete was excellent!!! Dr. Dagmar Rios was so accommodating and professional. Her and her staff really made my dentists in the USA look inadequate! The language was not a problem; especially with Dr. Dagmar.

    Very isolated part of Panama.

    Very isolated part of Panama. You can find decent food at the various resorts. They need a better market in the little village area. Something as simple as sunscreen could not be purchased. They also did a little hassling with me on the parking sitch (you have to pay parking in the village to take a boat ride - kinda lame), but I'm not going to make a big deal out of a few dollars.

    Boquete was a beautiful quaint mountain town. There are a lot of tours that you should take in order to get to know the place. We stayed higher up in boquete at a place called Boquete Garden Inn. Highly recommend that place to stay. We stayed 5 days and could've stayed longer! Beautiful@

    David is only good for a few stores to shop at if you own a home and need supplies. The city is dirt and the sidewalks are a joke. Watch your step everywhere or break and ankle. There is no night life and very few restaurants that I would even call somewhat edible places to go.

    I loved Cerro Punta!

    I loved Cerro Punta! It's a great town tucked away in the mountains with a mild climate and lots of birds and other wildlife. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a small town and so there aren't many amenities, and the ones that exist aren't always consistently open.
