Everything about the hotel is exceptional. Staff: manager of the hotel very helpful, all receptionists very kind, patient and understanding, especially Olga! Housekeeping also very kind. Rooms nice, very clean, spacious and functional. Housekeeping attends every day. Amazing sea view (some of the rooms). Breakfast really nice. Very nice facilities like outdoor swimming pool and bar, indoor gym. We ended up staying extra 6 days on top of our stay.

An outstanding hotel, the staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and on the side of the sea, the view is amazing. The meals have a huge selection of fine dishes, the all inclusive package is a great deal, with excellent coctails and drink selection. One of the best experience we had in a hotel.

    We stayed in the beautiful Mespilo room in Tochni village, Cyprus, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was clean, tidy, and offered a stunning view of the village and nearby church, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The setting was incredibly calm—perfect for relaxing after busy days. What truly stood out was the food; the half board meals were honestly better than those we’ve had in some 5-star hotels. The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. We were in the area for a shooting competition and had a packed schedule, but they were incredibly accommodating with early breakfasts and late dinners. Their kindness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable—we’d definitely return!

    Over expectations. I don't understand why it has a score of 7. I was skeptical, I'm quite picky.. But the hotel is excellently located, on the sandy beach and in the middle of the resort, it is modern, with elegant spaces, restaurants, bars, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a free gym, very diverse and very good food at breakfast/lunch/dinner (all-inclusive also allows beer/white/red wine, various cocktails) The staff is always attentive, even friendly (like Mr. Elias, Andreas or little Nepalese Arpi), the owner (Mr. Tsokkos) is present every day in the hotel (I seen him eating in the hall like any customer..) and that feels positive.. Congratulations!

    We had an amazing stay, the hotel is very modern, clean, everything is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. We had a horrible experience with one of the hotels nearby so we switched hotels and went to the Blue Ivy last minute, and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. We had a great time. The pool and the breakfast buffet are amazing, the cocktails are delicious, jazz music playing … its perfect ! And the manager Nicos is very helpful and will arrange your stay according to your preferences. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

    I realy liked the consept of a lot small cottages instead of one big hotel building. It create cozy and private area feeling. The backyard was amaizing. We injoed of silence, terace and posibily to cook buy ourself, in a kichen we found everything we needed. And the golf cort was amaizing, with mountains, sea vew, with woderful vew especialy on the sunset. The golf fields dont have small rivers and small lakes, so we didn’t lost a lot of golf balls :). The perfect place if you like tennis, golf or horses.

    Perfect location. Very close to the main street with restaurants, shops etc. Private beach in front of the hotel with super sunrise view. Also if you like to stay by the pool you have sea view and the beach by 50m in front. Breakfast very nice and various (was the only meal that we chose). Super friendly and supportive staff. Everything was excellent!

    It's a nice place, the people are very friendly, the bars offer Cypriot breakfast, which is worth having. There are not too many tourists in September, so it is pleasant to walk around the city. The only information about city buses could be written more transparently, the stations should also be marked in English, and it should also be clearly stated on the bus via loudspeaker or on a board which station we are approaching - many tourists are confused because this is not the case.

    Strangely, unfriendlier than London, which a lot of Londoners will understand where I am coming from (big city syndrome). Tourists seemed generally miserable, disrespectful, and also strangely for some to hear, most were not English, despite the sometimes bad reputation we can have abroad. Aside from the fantastic weather and clear Mediterranean Sea, I wouldn’t recommend it. A shame as 30 years ago, it was beautiful, with locals and delicious food, now it’s overtaken and ruined by tourism. We cleaned part of the beach one day, as there was rather a lot of rubbish being left by people. Horrible to see, so if you do decide to travel to Ayia Napa, please take care of your surroundings and treat it like you’d like to be!

    It's a very safe and friendly city. It is easy to get around and residents are even kind enough to offer you a ride in case you get lost and no taxis in sight. Despite the language barrier, most people at least try to speak English. The food variety is actually limited with most cafés offering fast food which is not a fave. Some organic food would be welcome, including green vegetables which are rare.

    Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days. There are some good restaurants and bars in the center of the town, serving nice traditional dishes in good prices. Nearby Latsi beach is well organised, offering all the amenities someone can expect (lifeguard, changing rooms, toilets). Polis can be used as the base for exploring the area and particularly Akamas peninsula. Highly recommended to 1st time visitors to the island!

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus.

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus. it has a lovely vibe and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I recommend Pendeli Hotel for a luxurious stay or forest park if looking for a very budget friendly stay. Petit Palais is one of the oldest hotels in the square and is loved by locals and tourists. EnPlatron is one of my favourite Taverns offering great traditional dishes and live music on weekends. Kaledonia Tavern is also a favourite local tavern so make sure to give it a try Cleopatra Bistro is a favourite for modern dining and deserts and beverages. Beautiful and modern decor if looking for yummy fast food try I Sitzia Tou Mavrou for a delicious Gyros

    We chose a strategy of staying in a relatively central location, between Larnaca/Limassol and Ayia Napa, and rented a car. The drives were relatively short, around 30–45 minutes, with clear roads, no traffic, and a highway running across the country. I recommend others do the same.
