The food! Oh my lord, the food!
We were stunned to have gourmet-quality dinners every evening during our stay.
Their restaurant is absolutely fabulous and is a must, even if you are not staying at the hotel.
Our room was simple, but cozy and spotlessly clean.
There are amenities such as coffee, tea, and a kettle.
The beds are large and comfortable.
We paid extra for the sauna, which is a great option for couples. It is small, but private and great for relaxation after a day of hiking.
There is billiards free of charge and excellent local beer.
The owners are extremely kind and helpful.
But the food... Simply fabulous!

Our stay was exceptional. Very nice hotel, staff and environment to explore! We rented bikes from the hotel and biked to Poland, there are many hikes to go on right outside of the hotel as well. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the restaurant for lunch or dinner at night was also great service.

EXCELLENT location! Short walking distance to train station and National park for Adrspach rocks. lovely meals at restaurant, very helpful and kind hosts. would highly recommend!! would stay here again. Beautifully renovated hotel - beautiful and extra honey touches. so close to hiking the rocks!

The staff was wonderful and food at Hotel Javor was good, though keep in mind you need to walk to the next property. My room was clean and of a nice size. As a base for hiking the area this is a good choice.

A very beautiful place, although quite small, so it is...
A very beautiful place, although quite small, so it is crowded in the season. It is possible to enter with a dog and/or a baby stroller, but I do not recommend it (apart from the main, relatively short trail, there are a lot of stairs and the paths are quite narrow at some points)

It was a wonderful destination and you have to see that once in Life.
The rocks looks exceptionally and the Lake is so clear that can see until the grund.
But you have to pay the entrance Tickets by Internet and Credit catd befreien to avoid Looping time.
There are online certain time slots for visiting the rocks. Thats why the space between the rocks are narrow in some areas and the would avoid dangerous Situations by the crowd in my opinion.
The Park has alot of tracks to go. The Main tracks you can go within a Day. But for a complete sightseeing you nee at least 3 days in my opinion. You have the posibility for using a tourist boat to make a Tour on the river metuje through the rocks. If you have some time lebt aurond the Park there are much touristical hotspots as well you can reach by walking.

A very interesting town with varied architecture. Quite a few restaurants and cafés, but you have to look for them and check opening times. Restaurace u Kostele was our choice for dinners - great food. And for coffee and cake you should definitely visit the café at the monastery - U Tří Růží. Our hotel had limited parking, but even in high season we found a place to park directly in the square at any time of the day - 50 crowns for 24 hours. The monastery and the park are very nice places, and the surroundings are spectacular as is the local architecture. Across the border into Poland there are many really interesting places to visit - Chateau Sarny for example.

The town is fine if you would like to go hiking in Adrspach, Teplice rocks, or Ostas. There are several small shops to buy food (with limited opening hours). I’ve visited two restaurants, both provided vegetarian option of meal (fried cheese). There’s also a small café, however, it is open only Thursday to Sunday. The town has a train station with connection to Trutnov, Hradec Kralove or Nachod.

Lovely place with nice main square and city center with...
Lovely place with nice main square and city center with decent restaurants. Main place to visit is the monastery and an old wooden church. It is close to Adršpach and great places for hiking and climbing. In Broumov there is a nice pet shelter (for dogs and cats).
