The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but a very short walk to tram or metro. It was a bit off the beaten path but served our purposes very well. It is an 18 minute drive to the airport.

These are just the highlights of my 2 night stay: - The friendly and super helpful lady at the reception, who rearranged rooms such that I did not need to wait although I arrived an hour early, and could still change and have a shower before my meeting. - The welcome drink, which is an original creation. - The delicious breakfast buffet with many little details. Don't be blinded by it, however, since the real gem is hidden in the à la carte menu: eggs benedict with spinach and smoked salmon! - The location: quiet, yet close to everything (except for the castle maybe, but I did not plan to go there in the first place)

Staff was super friendly. I interacted with 3 different workers throughout my stay and everyone was lovely. Room was very clean. Location couldn’t have been better for us! Was a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk into the old town square. Great experience!

    Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming (sorry I forgot to take their names, but we were greeted by a lady when we arrived and interacted with a gentleman during the day). Our train to Prague got terribly delayed, so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, but the lady very kindly and promptly helped us with check-in. The gentleman next day very kindly helped us with reserving tickets for a concert at the Rudolfinum, giving us very detailed info on picking up the tickets. I'd be remiss if I don't mention that the breakfast is excellent - the two ladies cooked us very tasty omelettes sprinkled with chives, and there's a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, and pastries every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we visit Prague!

    A big group just started check in when two of us arrived. We were in a hurry (to get to the concert on time, we were travelling by car from far and arrived a bit short). We have asked the staff to recommend place to eat not to loose time and if we could at least leave the luggage somewhere (because we cannot wait for long check in) Extremely kind and helpful stuff understood our situation and immediately found a way to check us in immediatelly. I’m really gratefull for that help. We made it on time to our concert. Location is great, metro station just across the hotel parking lot (which helped to made it on time). Comortable beds, amazing breakfast day after, with plenty of choices, and long enough duration (till 10.30am!) made us ready to drive happily back home. Thank you for a great stay!

    It’s truly a wonderful hotel to stay at during your visit to Prague. The staff is friendly, service is quick, we got complimentary snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine by entrance, and water for the trip back when checking out. We had breakfast and an all you can eat buffet for dinner. There is much to choose from. There was also live piano and sax performances during our stay, so the ambiance is super.

    Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it...

    Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it over-run with tourists, which made it very busy! We did some of the normal historical sites, but also did the National Gallery instead of the National Museum and I can highly recommend it. We loved the wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. I can highly recommend Nostress as well as The Food Lab which were located close to our hotel. Wonderful dinner at Kogo, as well as at Sia (Asian).

    All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel...

    All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel - even walked to the cemetery where the composers Dvorak and Smetana were buried (2.3 miles from the hotel ). Food was generally very good and the beer - Pivo - was excellent and cheap. National Museum definitely worth a visit.
