The apartment was in a quiet serene area. Walking distance to Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch. Rewe supermarket within walking distance. Bustop right outside the apartment. Apartment was fully equipped and had all the amenities one may require. Cosy, clean and beautiful. Hot showers, comfortable beds, sun room. There is a lot to look at in Berlin, public transport is good but if you are prepared to walk you will find many interesting buildings and canal walks. Not far from Berlin HBF is the Hamburg HBF, which has a range of art installations inside that are well worth looking at and listening to, worth the entrance fee. Just at the back of the building is a canal that I wandered along and came across an old East German look out tower, you can climb to the top and experience the not so good Berlin history, entrance is free to the tower.
