My recent stay at NH Collection Copenhagen was nothing short of exquisite. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire visit. The standout feature of this hotel has to be the exceptionally spacious rooms[I had suite+ room]. They provided the perfect blend of comfort and style, and I was particularly impressed by the tasteful decor and attention to detail. The extra-large beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the beautiful view outside my window was a highlight of each morning. The staff at NH Collection Copenhagen were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance my stay. As for the location, it's hard to beat. The hotel's central position made it easy to explore Copenhagen's many attractions, whether by foot or using the convenient public transportation options nearby. In summary, NH Collection Copenhagen exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're seeking a top-notch experience in this vibrant city, I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel room is just fantastic. The receptionist was very, very nice, and gave me a room with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is near the central station, the region is safe and full of other stores and restaurants, charming. Just had to cross the street to reach the river and take a bath. Near the city centre, and many sights, but also a calm location. Amazing hotel.

    Great concept, I would say “luxury - hipster” style with great pool serving as a heart of the whole building with rooftop “punk” sauna and steam bath. You have a perfect access to the city especially via bike which can be borrowed at the hotel at your convenience. There is also a superb and spacious fitness center accesible 24/7. I would recommend it for a couple getaway, I also believe the hotel is adult only which actually make sence according to the concept and facilities.

    There is a lot to see and do in Copenhagen.

    There is a lot to see and do in Copenhagen. I enjoyed the good art museums, churches, Nyhavn area, open top harbor cruise and some good restaurants (especially Riz Raz Vegetarian!). I also enjoyed taking train/bus trip out of town to see the Frederiksborg Castle and Louisiana Art Museum.

    The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

    It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

    Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

    Location and the grounds is very nice.

    Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be. Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.

    I just need at quiet place to rest, wasn't on sightseeing... I'm not specifically interested in Ballerup at this moment... And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

    Copenhagen card easy for attractions and travel - metro efficient- loved the canal boat trip - the train ride to moma Louisiana and the gallery itself - would book accommodation closer to city centre another time - didn't getuch of a feel for the night life but city felt friendly crime free clean easy to get around - 7/11s and netto brilliant for groceries/ food 😀 👍

    Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
