France+ the location is something out of a dream, in the middle of a small paradise, with a almost private lake and plenty of trekking destinations
+ the apartment was great, big living room with a very well equipped open kitchen, cosy room and a bathroom. We had the apartment 1 on the ground floor that we recommend if you have children as they can go out and play as they please.
+ great terrace where we took our breakfast every day
+ As said, the lake is almost private as almost nobody comes here so you can swim (every day 😄) or take the boat for a spin
+ If you need other sources of entertainment the campsite is just next door: a pizza place, a shop, mini golf, petanque, ping pong, playground, etc
+/- the breakfast was good but maybe as this price range they could find an alternative using the restaurant in the building ( you receive in the fridge everything you need for a correct breakfast so you can make it yourself)
Hint: ask for room nr 1, especially if you have kids as they can play outside

The kitchen has everything provided, even coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Soap in the bathroom and plenty of toiletpapir. Comfortable bed with bedside light. The cottage is in a private and peaceful location with a wonderful view over fields with pheasants right outside and deer grazing in the field at dawn and dusk. It's the perfect place for a getaway. We drove to Stege and Mons Klint from Copenhagen - an easy drive and well worth the trip. We loved the GeoCenter and the cliffs themselves. We probably could have spent a little more time there to enjoy the many trails and time on the beach. We only had a few hours; a full day would have been better, but the time we had was well-spent. In the late evening/early morning we headed to Dark Sky Nyord to catch a glimpse of the amazing Milky Way and we were not disappointed! Stege itself had lots of nice food options. We enjoyed pizza at Restaurant Pizzeria Defino and were impressed by the bustling business they were doing. It's apparently quite popular with the locals too.Guest review byBrooks - 4.0
I do not recommend.
I do not recommend. Everything is far and hard to reach without car or bicycle If you want to see Mons Klint, try to stay near there. Or just do a day-trip from Copenhagen, starting early in the morning.Guest review byMihoDenmark
