The room was very clean. walk across the street you are at a beautiful beach. Street is lined with restaurants and tour agencies. Coral Blanco has a beautiful sitting area. Plenty of filtered water. It isn't a fancy hotel but it's a great place for a few nights. I don't recall the tour guides name who was selling tours at Coral Blanco but he had worked at a as a tour guide in Quito. Puerto Villamil is a beautiful friendly port! Easy to get around. At all times the surroundings felt safe & clean. Food was very good, lots of variety. Quiet relaxed stay. Loved how relaxed the pace of life was. A highpoint was the availability of good inexpensive food. For an excellent quality restaurant, el cafetal was great! The beach and ocean views from our hotel were the best. We loved snorkeling at Concha Perla. We enjoyed the different activities and places to visit in Isabela, I think the Sierra Negra Volcano, and the tintoreras tour are the best. Taxis used to charge much more than in Santa Cruz since they charge by people, not by ride.Guest review byJuanEcuador
