The host was very responsive to my questions especially the map- where to find the apartment. Comfortable place to stay. It has windows overlooking the beautiful forest. Bed (sofa) was ready made, which I appreciated. I slept well. It had everything I needed for preparing my meals. Just one to two minutes walk to the swimming pool/ sauna (spa) through the forest. FYI- No WIFI!

I have been there several times and will continue to return. The peace and quiet is hard to find anywhere else and sleeping in a historical building, adds another layer. And of course the sauna! We returned in the middle of the night from a play nearby, but sauna was hot and ready to go! Straight to steam room, then jump in the pond and what else could you dream of!

Seto Kapten House was exactly what we needed. A charming little house nestled in nature, right by a peaceful pond—and most importantly, it had a sauna! The owner, Peeter, was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all our questions promptly. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but it was no problem at all. Instead, we were welcomed by a warm, ready-to-enjoy sauna. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to our stay!

    It was a lovely stay, definitely worth the price.

    It was a lovely stay, definitely worth the price. Prefect location, the lake Kõverjärve was stunning and whole area was gorgeous. The sauna house (Kõverjärve saunamaja) was great on the inside, with a spacious room and beautiful interior. There are great hiking trails that start right outside the house with lovely fresh air and magical silence. The first floor of the house had an excellent view directly to the lake and paired with a comfortable couch it created a lovely and cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and an ice plunge right after it as the lake is right outside the sauna door with a a small doc leading to the lake. The stay was very nice overall and the house was not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean.
