United KingdomReally, everything without a doubt, the service that was offered to me is unforgettable. They offered me and my family to choose any room we liked, from a tiny bungalow next to the beach, aqua park and private garden, or any floor of my choice. The food was fantastic the kids were very pleased, lots and lots of swimming pool clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Mariam she was really sweet and kind.
I usually don't rate a lot, but this one deserves it, I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and I'm not sure why it's categories as 4 stars, it should be 5 stars without a doubt.
I have already recommended it to my friend and will definitely come back.

Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing.
The food was absolutely delicious and different every day!
All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome.

We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

NetherlandsAmazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

The in-room kettle, along with the selection of tea and Nescafé, is a nice touch. At the reception, Mr. Ziad was very helpful, offering general assistance and providing useful dinner suggestions. Mr. Mohamed was excellent when it came to making cocktails.

our stay at the lodge was exceptional in any sense.
the room are large with a minimalist interior and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Red Sea.
the infinity pool it’s wonderful .
the restaurant and the service is more then exceptional… greeting you every day like it was the first time you were there and we felt so welcomed.
everyday you can watch the sunrise right in front of the property and the Red Sea it’s so full of life and beauty.
we did some escursions booked via the hotel and it couldn’t be better .
every corner of this lodge it’s so nice and the people that work there make everything even nicer for your stay.
Ahmed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant.
keep it up with your beautiful concept of peace and connect with nature cause you are winning .
we only wish we could stay longer but we will definitely come back next time we chooce to stay in Marsa alam .

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off.
