The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

TurkeyLet me first emphasize that this is a wonderful hotel. Anyone considering a stay should not hesitate.
1) First and foremost, the hotel is very clean. The rooms, restaurants, poolside, garden, and beach are constantly cleaned.
2) The staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable.
3) Although the hotel is crowded, there are numerous pools, activity areas, and aqua parks, making the entire place quiet and relaxing.
4) The food is delicious; it's not overly spicy, as the reviews say. You're sure to find a dish you'll love. The à la carte restaurants also offer delicious food.
5) They offer activities throughout the day, but the evening entertainment is really fun; you won't get bored. I think they're professional groups from outside.
6) The hotel has representatives from companies selling tours like safaris, Orange Bay, and diving. They politely ask if you'd like to take them without interrupting you. (We took the snorkeling and Orange Bay tour, which was excellent.) If you participate in these activities, the hotel provides meals.
The hotel security guard didn't let us in without checking the driver's ID when he came to pick us up. This made us feel very safe.
7) There's a similar hotel next door, and the two sister hotels can use each other's facilities. This is a great advantage.
8) The hotel also offers late check-out.
We especially thank Ghaly, who was very helpful in every way.

Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing.
The food was absolutely delicious and different every day!
All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome.

We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

EgyptI couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip.
Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

our stay at the lodge was exceptional in any sense.
the room are large with a minimalist interior and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Red Sea.
the infinity pool it’s wonderful .
the restaurant and the service is more then exceptional… greeting you every day like it was the first time you were there and we felt so welcomed.
everyday you can watch the sunrise right in front of the property and the Red Sea it’s so full of life and beauty.
we did some escursions booked via the hotel and it couldn’t be better .
every corner of this lodge it’s so nice and the people that work there make everything even nicer for your stay.
Ahmed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant.

From the start, the manager, Mr. Abanoub Tharwat, welcomed us kindly, and everything after that was very nice. The hotel looks beautiful with decoration that shows real Egyptian culture. The lobby is big with plenty of space to sit and relax. There was live music every evening during our stay, which made the atmosphere very pleasant. The staff in the lobby were always helpful and brought us many drinks from the menu when we asked. The staff are very caring and made us feel comfortable. For example, I had some back pain, and when I told them, they quickly brought me an extra mattress to help me sleep better. Also, the reception called to check if we needed anything else, which we thought was very thoughtful. The hotel pools were great! There are both warm and cold pools and even an Aqua Park for adults and children separately. There is also a snack and drink bar by the pool, and the staff there were quick to help with whatever we needed. The food was one of the best parts of our stay. There was so much to choose from cold and hot dishes, grilled food, soups, desserts, breads, and drinks. Everything looked good and tasted even better. Whatever you ask for, they try to provide, which is really amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and you can see they take good care of everything. The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Some places offer excellent takeaway food. There is a public beach a little further away (a short walk across a small desert area) with exceptional underwater flora and fauna. Bring shoes for walking in the water. Please stay above or near the coral (personally, I didn't know there were risks to swimming too far from the reefs, namely sharks. But I didn't see any. On the other hand, there were some exceptional fish! Port Ghalib is a tourist spot but much, much quieter than Hurghada. If someone tries to sell you something, just say ‘La, chokram’ with a smile and everything will be fine. Don't forget to tip a little, as Egyptians earn very little (around €400 per month for a family of four). For activities, I recommend Royal Sea Tours (royalsea-tours.com), who are really great. I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off.
