Wear comfortable walking shoes preferably non-slip as when tge ground is wet it's like ice. I ate at a different cafe every day and popped into a few bakeries. The food is exquisite. Everything is walking distanceGuest review byLisaAustralia - 10.0

Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.Guest review byGeorgi ChaltikyanGermany - 10.0

I love the area, if you avoid the beach front there are a few lovely Spanish restaurants about, it's mainly catered for Germans along the front . Feels safe and very friendly in the general area. Market days are Tuesday and Wednesday for food and Thursdays for the main market. Plenty of shops around the area, the buses are easy to use and there's a red train that runs along the front, the Marina has a lovely restaurant that has comfy sofas right on the beachGuest review byMichelleUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lovely old town with numerous bars and restaurants.
Lovely old town with numerous bars and restaurants. Many shops and boutiques to discover when wondering through the streets. Compact and easy to discover on foot - albeit quite hilly with steps in quite a few places.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Been returning a few times.
Been returning a few times. I always stay at the end of the bay as a solo traveller and get best both worlds. Great bus service to the airport all the way for just four euro. Lovely coastline walk around the bay well past marina and Cafe Mambo. Try some food at Skinny Kitchen. Simple cannot recommend O Beach enough, be prepared for an epic time. Pricey yes but worth it. Lockers available. I booked a tour online that included O Beach and Eden!!Guest review byPatriciaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Staying in Playa d'en Bossa is great if your idea is to go clubbing and bars at night. It makes it easier to everything walking distance. However, if your trip also is for relaxing purposes or with family, I would rather choose another area of Ibiza and less expensive as well.Guest review byAngelaNetherlands - 6.0
Honestly don't get why you'd come here.
Honestly don't get why you'd come here. The beach was nice, the bars were alright but you're on a Spanish island and this town has no Spanish in it. Its an English town with loads of Germans down the road in Arenal. Come here if you want to be overcharged on poor hotels, see cockroaches roaming the streets, be served overpriced cocktails by English staff. Don't come here if you want a true Spanish trip. For that I'd recommend Palma itself or somewhere in the north of the island.Guest review byJoshUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. It’s a convenient base for exploring the southern part of Mallorca and is close to Palma. Renting a car on the island is easy and can be done at affordable prices.Guest review byStefanSerbia - 10.0

A bustling, friendly resort with many restaurants & cafes to choose from in a beautiful, seaside setting. Love how the beach & promenade start from the centre of town, opposite the scenic marina!Guest review byLynneBUnited Kingdom - 10.0
