Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!

We booked the garden view studios (2couples) and were very surprised and pleased with the newly renovated studios we received next to each other. Santa Maria block 2086 & 2087. Great view of the pools and ocean beyond. The units were large and well equipped. Large balcony where we enjoyed many meals and drinks. Appreciated the pull out racks on the balcony to dry swimsuits, towels etc. Good size bathroom with large shower and great water pressure. Lovely towels and bedding. We had read that pool towels are not provided but forgot to bring. Purchased 2 for only €10 total from one of the beach shops nearby. 2twin beds pushed together to make a king size. We found the beds very comfortable. Kitchen area was well equipped with everything we needed. We ate in for breakfast and most lunches and ate out for dinner. Fantastic location with the beautiful beaches nearby . Turn left and walk to 2nd beach which is smooth sand and less rocks than the first. Right across the main street is a grocery store with everything we needed + so many great restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed Bianco on Saturday evenings with their live entertainment. (acrobatic dancers and 2 singers) Excellent food and service. The pools were fantastic. Saltwater with plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas (available from the bins in each section) for shade. We were there in September and not overly crowded or busy. Room cleaning available daily which we didn’t require and let the staff know but nice to have. We didn’t have a car and enjoyed walking around. We did take a full day tour of the island which was fantastic visiting Mount Teide, Masca, Icod and a few other sites. The wristband key access is fantastic (used to access property gates and units) no worries about carrying keys. Tip to help with packing— we looked up Tenerife weather, but we should have looked up Arona as very different and we would have had more clothes for very warm weather. Tenerife showed 23 and Arona was 28.

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel as a family of five, and our experience was truly wonderful. We booked a suite for three of us, while the other two enjoyed a standard double room. Both accommodations were modern, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the dining experience. Breakfast was always a delightful affair, with a variety of delicious options that made each morning exciting. We also dined at the hotel's Italian restaurant, which offered an exquisite meal that exceeded our expectations. The pool area was another great feature, providing a refreshing escape during our stay. There were plenty of sun loungers available, which meant we could relax without feeling crowded. What truly stood out was the helpful and friendly staff at the reception. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation. With comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and a welcoming atmosphere, it was the perfect choice for us!

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)

A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport.

A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport. Has a few small grocery shops and some friendly playgrounds. Everything can be reached on foot in Palm-Mar. If you have a car, you can get to nearby sandy beaches (e.g., Los Cristianos) easily. A great place for those who like walking, running, and hiking. You can walk along the ocean, run on paths inland, and hike on nearby hills/mountains. We found Trigo a great value for money to eat. Lots of Italian dishes, too, prepared by true-blue Southern Italians.

Great area with plenty going on while also having quieter spots. Plenty of places to eat drink and shop in. Several beautiful beaches and walks along the coast to either Los Cristianos or in the other direction to Adeje. Our 3rd time there and we noticed and were aware of a bit more crime going on in the area and felt we had to be just a bit more vigilant this time, wouldn't stop us going back though. Very very very easy to get your hands on any type of drugs, wouldn't have to go looking as you get asked by people while out walking, day or night!!! Wasn't as obvious the previous times we were there.
