    Great city to visit! I will definitely come back here. The most favourite spot was definetely the promenade along the sea. Great place to walk/ride a bicycle and nice restaurants to enjoy local food.

    A real good blend of the old and new, plenty of quality shopping, great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. Very good and affordable transport links to all the other coastal resorts, first class beaches all around the coast, worth a weeks visit any time of year.

    A wonderful place for wandering.

    A wonderful place for wandering. The old town and bridges are beautiful. The streets are well maintained and the centre felt safe. Great for taking in the architecture, gardens and plentiful cafes and bars. Had a lovely meal at Bombay Spice - tasty food, excellent service and good value.

    First visit to Benalmadena and only wish I’d discovered the place years ago. Very beautiful and as a solo female traveller felt very safe. Nice vibe about the place and can’t wait to return next year. The marina is an amazing place and the beaches are first class.

    It was a but rough in the bars just outside where we stayed but overall it was a nice place with pretty squares & nice shops. Lots of restaurants with a wide selection of outside eateries. Many golfers so lots of places had tvs showing sports. It was atmospheric & friendly. The local bus & train station were nearby & went to lots of other places up & down the coast.

    Beaches in all shapes and sizes to suit everybody. Secluded or busy take you're pick. A bustling almost pedestrian town with quaint architecture and plenty of shops, bars and eateries catering to all tastes. In one week we sampled authentic spanish cuisine, an Indian curry, perfectly cooked steaks, Pasta, a traditional Moroccan feast an Irish breakfast and all manner of local tapas and sweet treats (There are also Chinese, Mexican, German, and Thai cuisines on offer too if you look around). Nerja still retains much of it's traditional spanish charm with many feasts, festivals and religious history on display for all to see and engage in. Not our first visit of course we return whenever we can.

    The old town of Estepona was lovely .

    The old town of Estepona was lovely . It was a pity not to be able to swim at La Rada beach as it was so inviting. I felt there is a lot of construction work going on in Estepona at the moment so it was hard to get a sense of it character. It is really clean , but I felt quite expensive .I think Nerja has more charm .

    Great step over between Malaga and Granada.. calmer vibe, feel of real Spanish life. The unesco archeological site don’t take out our breath but castle and centre of the town is magnificent.. also mountains surrounding around city is unique. We rove through city by foot, interesting point are in reasonable distances

    We find the location perfect.

    We find the location perfect. For the best food , entertainment from brilliant staff a must visit is The Garden Bar. Photo of owners with my family & the collection of butterflies. From visiting Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola & the markets. Lots of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area including La Cala. Best Paella is Antonio’s on the boardwalk. 10 minutes walk .
