We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, yet just a short drive from the city centre. It felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything we needed. I stayed at the hotel for one night while travelling to Coventry with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Cogs Bar & Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coventry.

High quality room, well designed to separate shower room, bathroom. While the services are marvelous as well, even better than 5 star hotels, very convenient to stay even is not in the center of town but not too far, and with reasonable prices. I will choose to stay here next time as well.

Excellent everything actually! No complaints whatsoever! We were here for the historical Black Sabbath concert, it was the best choice! Our tickets were a package with the room with Soundtravel. Breakfast was lovely, staff was very helpful & understanding, location was very convenient. Will definitely come again! Thank you!

    The hotel is just a few minutes on foot from Birmingham New Street Railway Station and its amenities and facilities, as well as the vibrant city center. The ensuite room was tidy and spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. A lift is available to access all the floors. Great continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Large breakfast room with lovely wooden furniture. The staff was kind and helpful, a real pleasure to talk to! I definitely enjoyed my stay!

    Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic.     Excellent location, very convenient for Birmingham city centre indeed. Additionally, very easy to find and get to. Minutes are leaving the M6 onto the A38 Aston Expressway, you're there, couldn't be easier actually. Oh, the bed is wonderfully comfortable too!

    Birmingham a complete dump.

    Birmingham a complete dump. Never been before and will certainly never go again. Rubbish everywhere. Road signs suggested very unpleasant goings on. A real eye opener and sad to see in our country such a mess.

    Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11.

    Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11. the 24/7 bar and kitchen was a pleasant surprise as we didnt get in until 11.30pm from the concert. Breakfast was good but not as good as other IHG hotels I have stayed in. Less choice and the coffee machine that day was not working.

Pricing strategies a bit confusing because u had to join and download the app! Food & Drinks were too expensive on the normal menu. However happy hour was very reasonably priced. 😊

    We travelled all over the UK and Ireland, and Wolverhampton was a disappointment. Whereas people were friendly to us in almost all the cities we visited, Wolverhampton folks, in general, were neutral or dismissive.

    Good hotel for the price I paid can’t complain at all in fact will recommend and will be return customer for sure. Entrance from the main road to the hotel is bit confusing but I am sure after one wrong turn it will be managed . Breakfast was good had all the options available. Hot sausage Vegan option is available which I did not know at the time of stay. It would be nice to add halal sausage as well Beds were comfortable very nice and clean room but body lotion can be a good addition to the collection.

    The village is just a short walk from the guesthouse. The village is interesting with a large village pond, village green with a monument to cyclists, two grocery stores, a chemist and two really good pubs that do food. Lots of footpaths and the odd thatched cottage are in the neighbourhood. It's about 9 miles from the NEC. The bus service seems to be good too. We had an excellent evening meal at the Strawberry gardens. I suggest booking a table in advance though, they were very good and fitted us in on a very busy Friday night. It was a later dinner than we'd hoped but it was good quality food and service.
