NetherlandsWhat an amazing place. A true little oasis of peace and quiet. The pool was such a treat; super comfy beds, big towels and just the perfect spot to relax. Everything was spotless, both in the shared areas and in our own apartment. You can really tell they care about the details.
We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. Spacious, modern, super clean and just really comfortable. Nothing was missing. And that balcony with sea view… perfect.
Yannis was such a kind and helpful host. Always available for questions and full of great tips about the area.
The location is great too. Having a rental car definitely helps if you want to explore a bit more, but there are a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well.
Highly recommend! We had the best time.

ItalyMichael is an amazing host and the house is very big, clean and comfortable. When we arrived they left us a courtesy wine and easter treats. The rooms where spacious and they were very accomodating of our big family. The appartment also offers great internet for working from home and a beautiful view of the sea. Easy access to the beach.

Its a wonderfully clean beach. The beach is free entry beach, with clean sand and water. The restaurant next to Varkiza beach serves fantastic foods at amazing price, must try for all. The market is on the other side of the beach (walk 800 mts) , but it is happening till late into the night, There are plenty of restaurants nearby, well connected to local bus system. We couldn’t really enjoy Lagonisi because of the accommodation we stayed in. We spent most of our time doing laundry, waiting for the coin-operated machine to finish, driving back and forth, and cleaning. We didn’t have enough time to actually relax and enjoy the area. Most of the laundry time was spent driving back and forth to a laundromat we found about 30 minutes away, and then waiting another 40 minutes for the clothes to dry. On the day of arrival, the house was not ready, and we had to drive back and forth several times until the host finally said we could enter. Because of that, we couldn’t do the things we had planned for that day. Honestly, because of the accommodation, I regret choosing to stay in Lagonisi at all - it made it hard to enjoy such a beautiful area. The area itself is very beautiful - the beaches we saw along the way were lovely, and the restaurant where we had dinner was very good. We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and spotless. The space was beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and dinner together as a family. The living area was a perfect gathering spot, and the apartment had excellent natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with family. There were loads of restaurants and different beaches. Especially hidden spots to go and explore. Going to the lake is definitely worth a visit but you have to go early, we went around 11 and the beds were busy but once we got a bed it was perfect. Palaia Fokaia is a cute small town with direct and easy access from Athens and the airport. Cordially recommended for its beauty, offers any facility and shops, promising an easy and quiet life. Amazing beaches and beautiful prosperous fields facing mountain scenery, in an almost artistic combination. Delicious fish taverns and traditional Greek restaurants everywhere.
