We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, so you can step out and be by the sea in seconds. Our room was charming and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private terrace offering a stunning view of the ocean. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway!

The property was very good - almost every room has a view of the pool and access to it. The rooms were equipped with good A/C and Internet. The building where the breakfast was is 800 meters away, but there is a driver that takes you to and from the building. The building where the breakfast was has an amazing view of the sea and it’s located on the beach which was amazing. For breakfast there is a buffet with lots of different food.

We stayed in September and loved everything.The room was beautiful,we got an unexpected upgrade(i think) and had a huge terrace with side seaview.The hot-tub was great,exceptional cleanliness,great coffe in the room.Bed was also great,huge size,excelent mattress,good selection of pillows. Breakfast is tasty and very big,and food in the restaurant is also very good. Staff was great,everything we asked for was solved with a smile and a nice word,even when we asked for a spoon at 1 in the morning :)) Can't wait to be back next year!Highly reccomend!

I liked everything from the minute i entered in this hotel. I.rented a one room apartment (14). Very clean. Quite big. The bed mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty. The owner knows what he is doing.

The location is central, very close to the bars, markets, shops, restautants and only few minutes away from the beach. The accomodation was very clean and cozy with all amenities necessary. The hosts were great, very welcoming and they even left us typical presents from Greece on the last day befote our departure. Great price, too! Recommended.

    The family suite was really spacious and it was new/renovated and cleaned daily. Great facilities for kids. Nice bar and surroundings. It was really nice from the stuff because we had our room ready already at 11:00 AM so we got to enjoy the whole first day also. The safe in the rooms can be used free of charge. The kids loved the mini disco and the ice cream after every lunch/dinner. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walking (Paliouri beach) and and that one is probably the best beach on Halkidiki. The two pools were not too big but big enough to accommodate everybody, so it was not to crowded. The food was really nice and we liked especially the salad bar. Enough options for breakfast and also fresh fruits. In general we really enjoyed the whole stay here with great food and animation from the hotel almost all the time.

The resort provides accommodations along with a variety of recreational activities, dining options and amenities like spas, pools and entertainment. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. It is a hotel with stunning views and scenic surroundings. It is a wonderful location to spend with family and friends. Overall, a fabulous stay at Kassandra beach resort and I highly recommend it to others

    A unique beachfront hotel also situated on an olive grove and in a lush pine forest with a stunning view of the sea. We’ve been coming here for years. It has a special kind of charm and warmth that you can’t find anywhere else. Beach is one of a kind. Food is fabulous at all the restaurants. Including buffet - especially the honey and olive oil/olives (not sure if they come from the hotel’s grounds but they sure taste like it). Superb experience.

    Excellent hotel, good facilities and great suites. Our was fully equipped and elegantly decorated. It had also a private pool and a garden with a sun terrace.     The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    Afytos is by far the most beautiful place in this part of Greece. Unlike other nearby towns, it carries a unique history and a special vibe that you simply don’t find elsewhere.     A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm. The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating. The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

    A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

    It very beautiful calm place where you can go as well as with family also with group of friends or even by yourself. There many places to see and enjoy. Beautiful beaches and tasteful restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax and regain your strength!

    Small and quiet village with very good houses.

    Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

    Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish tavernas, 2 gyros places, 2 patisseries, 1 pizza place and 2 beach bars. By car, 15-30min away you can find more options in the neighbouring villages.

    A wonderful place for a family vacation - many families with children, a warm sea with a gentle entrance, and sandy beaches where you can either rent sunbeds with umbrellas or bring your own. The restaurants along the promenade are quite good, although the menu can get a bit repetitive over the course of the holiday - mostly pizza, pasta, risotto, fish, and salads. There are also attractions for children, plenty of souvenir shops, and a supermarket a bit further away, where you can find everything you need.

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    Sani as a location is nice.

    Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
