Excellent accommodation within the beautiful old town of Rhodes. The room was very comfortable and clean, it had everything you could need. Panos was an excellent host, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, met us at the town gate and took care of our luggage, he mad me sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The same goes for Georgia, she made sure our stay was very comfortable and made us a very generous hearty breakfast every morning, all fresh and home-baked, it was delicious! The hotel is on a quiet street in the old town and 5 minutes walk from the main street Sokratous and from all other attractions in the old town. Me and my kids loved our stay at Elaia-Fos and hope to return again in the future. We truly thank Panos and Georgia for their superb hospitality :)

Hotel was super nice and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, food is good with some vegan options (!), pool is super nice and pool beds are super comfy, little shopping area at walking distance!     I was searching for a good hotel for my 5th visit in Rhodes island but this time it was my first vacation alone so I searched for a small hotel far from the overcrowded Rhodes city with good reviews and it took awhile until I came across with Lardos Bay Hotel. By the reviews it seems that the hotel has one downfall which is the Wi-Fi connection reliability especially in the rooms area. So I decided to book this hotel and of course to purchase a SIM card with a huge internet package because I needed to work on my laptop during the stay and I couldn’t take the risk after reading the bad reviews about the Wi-Fi. I arrived at the Hotel around 14:00 and i was lucky that the room was surprisingly ready earlier than 15:00! I had to try the Wi-Fi connection for myself and yes it is terrible, it has extremely low internet speed like in the late 90s and it stops working every few minutes or even seconds and I was getting the “No internet connection” message constantly. I truly believe if they had a good and reliable Wi-Fi connection they could have easily go above 9.5 rank in booking.com. Other then the Wi-Fi issues, all the hotel staff from the room attendants to the front desk receptionists are very professional and friendly they always smile and wants you to feel comfortable especially the cute Italian girl at the hotel’s “market” (shop) who thought I’m Italian too :) It looks like the hotel got renovated recently and the room was modern, well maintained and clean to perfection. The public areas looks clean and well maintained as well. I booked full board = breakfast, lunch and dinner that i was told at the check-in it also includes soft drinks and snacks at the pool bar (soft all inclusive) - the food is alright and suitable for a 3 stars hotel. The hotel is 200 meters / 4 minutes walking to the beach, at the beach you can rent 2 Sun beds for 10€ (no option to rent 1 bed).

    Rhodes town is a fascinating place. It is easy and safe to walk round at night and there is a good choice of restaurants. It does get crowded during the day however. There is something for everyone, historical buildings, little shops, eateries, a beach...and ferries run to the islands.

    Lovely beach - long enough for a good walk too. Near the southern end you can get in the water without too many rocks. You can get in other places too, but you just have some rocks. I avoided this by swimming over the rocks even when it was pretty shallow, just to save my feet. The water was nice and warm in October. I really enjoyed swimming there. Lots of restaurants along the beach. And I noticed opportunities for boat rides and water sports. This seems to be a nice family-oriented beach. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas along the way. Easy bus ride (20 min) to get into Rhodes town, so for me it was the perfect spot for relaxing, but with the option to go into the city very easily.

    I adore Lindos and have been visiting for many years. The people are lovely and the place is a foodies delight. The beaches are lovely and safe for children, as no tides. The glass bottom boat is a must to see some of the other bays close to Lindos and is a lovely chilled afternoon trip.

    Nice hotel overall, perfect stay for a relaxing holiday! Good location, right next to the beach! Similar hotels in the area are separated from their own private beach by a road, so having the beach right next to the hotel is a greate advantage of this hotel! All-inclusive service was exactly as described: great variety of foods, alcohol free and also alcoholic bevarages are served from 10:00 in the bars (including heavenly frappes!), but on some days champagne was available for breakfast. Snack bar also had a great variety of foods. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind! Hotel is nicely designed, lot of areas to relax without being overly crowded by guests.

    We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. The beach also had a rocky seabed and unclear water, which made swimming less enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.

    Close enough to Rhodes Old Town to visit regularly if you want. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lively, but not rowdy. As a kitesurfer, it offered me a choice of beaches and kite stations within 25 mins. Also, the sea breeze was pretty reliable most afternoons. My family thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque sunset horse riding that took place just in front of Rainbow Bar. We all enjoyed this special little bar, its food, cocktails, beer and view of the sunset.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault! Shame really, the rest of the place and the staff were really good. The on-site restaurants are amazing.

    Note this review is for Stegna, not the main village on the hill. Its really a lovely spot for a beach style holiday. Places for fishing, chilling, enjoying eating, a lovely walk. Perfect chill spot with a family feel. If you are looking for night life and big hotels, this is not the spot for you. We did not know there was a kayak company on site so we had pre-booked with Trekking Hellas so had to drive North to the start but it was a lovely trip with double kayaks.

    Pefki is a lovely place to stay, much less buisier than Lindos next door which pulls large number of visitors during the day. Main Lee beach is sandy with plentyfull sunbeds, spaces on the eastern side of the beach otherwise. Very Good choice of restaraunts Nikolas and Tsambikos being our favourites. Car hire with full insurance for a week cost us £190 in Pefkos, necessary for conveniance but not essential as there is a good bus sevice along the main east coast road.

    We were in the Rodos Star Hotel which was up a steep hill and not very close to anything or the Village which was ok but not much to offer. Cost 10.50 euros to get there and very difficult to get a cab back and too far to walk.
