Very cosy and nice. We liked breakfast so much - can be a meal of the day. The villa is easy accessible by car. Near most beautiful beaches. There were free beverages in the fridge. Owner was very helpful and supported us with everything.

    You rarely find a hotel that makes you want to return, but Ammouda Villas is one of those rare places. As Hotel Manager Yannis mentioned, if you stay at Ammouda Villas once, you'll want to come back again. And it's true—we were very pleased with our stay at Ammouda Villas. The location is excellent. It is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia peninsula. The Ground Floor Villa we stayed in had its own private sun beds, which provided a great deal of comfort. You can go to the beach at any time of the day and use your own private sun beds. The house has everything a family with children might need. The cleanliness is top-notch. Ammouda Villas has a large organic garden, and hotel guests can use the products grown in this garden for free. In fact, you can pick any vegetable or fruit you want yourself. You can have fresh vegetables for breakfast every day. Every kind of vegetable you could think of for breakfast is available. There are many nice restaurants close to the hotel. You won't have any trouble finding quality food. And most importantly, the hospitality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The most special person is the hotel manager, Yannis. Yannis is very helpful in every aspect and establishes a close and sincere relationship with you. We are also very grateful for the surprise treats he provided us every morning.     We traveled with 2 kids 10 and 4 years old. Great experience with smooth check in even late arrival and the hotel was very kind to bring us some food since we missed the dinner that was included into our package. Amazing Blue Flag beach, see-through water, great water sports at the sea side. Kids loved the hotel pool and evening kids entertainment. Food for breakfast and dinner is very good with various options that cater to all needs.

    Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

    If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

    The roads surrounded by lush green trees and the coves we visited were stunning. The sea was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking, though it was a bit crowded. In the evenings, the activity dies down quite early, and the roads become empty around 10 PM, whereas in city centers, the liveliness continues into the night.

    Nice beaches nearby (we explore them by Paddle board but there are also 600 boats to rent for a day trip). The city beach is not blue water and seems more like a lake, but there are many other possibilities at the place.

    The beach was beautiful. The town was nice. I would definitely come here again. It is easy to get around in Ormos Panagias We ate at the hotel, or local taverns, Simadi in Neo Marmaras was an excellent place to eat.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch.

    The beaches in Kalamitsi are top-notch. The food is remarkably good too in the local tavernas. However, it's a longer distance from the city of Thessaloniki (2-2.5 hours depending on where you start your trip from) and there are not many things to do in Kalamitsi regarding night life. Mostly appropriate for families and groups that just want to have a chill time.
