The room is newly renovated. The washroom has filtered water for drinking. I got a king size bed for myself. It is comfortable and very clean.

The property is worth the price considering a place in Hongkong to rent. The room is spacious, well lit, cozy. The beds are comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are spacious as well and with hot and cold shower with provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is sink situated in the room with a mirror. Staff are attentive and nice. There are supplies of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar every day. We extended one day beacuse of the Typhoon signal and we sis not have any difficulty arranging rooms to transfer. The concierge handled it profesionally. The shuttle to and from the MTR Kwai Hing station is well utilised and really helpful for commuting for a hassle free strolling to City Center. Overall it was a great stay!

Just a 5-minute drive to Hong Kong Science Park and Sha Tin Racecourse, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong offers luxurious rooms and facilities such as a spa and outdoor swimming pool with sundeck.

Executive Floor accommodation allowed us access to breakfast and cocktails at the Lounge. While this is standard offering in other hotels, it made our stay extra special since the hotel is far-off from many HK hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island. So the Lounge access made our stay very pleasurable and hassle-free. Also, the taxi drive from the airport to the hotel is a very welcome surprise. What would have taken us a longer travel by train or bus, only took us around 35minutes by taxi due to the access road available from HKIA to Hyatt Shatin.

It’s a small , quiet , modern and clean hotel . The rooms are comfortable & functional . Toiletries are really nice too. Location is very good - walking distance to TST , Mongkok ; near Jordan train station ; convenience stores and shops close by .

It is located just in the center and close to the metro station, in the heart of techno malls. Room was spacious and Staff was very friendly and speaks english. The hotel have very good view. Breakfast is good both western and chinese. I did not use afternoon tea, used night snack and it was actually a delicious noodles just cooked there. If i visit Shenzhen again ll stay there.
