Deluxe house was new and located in 10 meters from sea side. Living space was quite small, but comfortable. Also house had a large terrace covered from sun with dining table and sun beds. House was equipped with all necessary equipment: quite big fridge, electric stove, microwave. We even found electric grill and coffee filter. Location was quite, aside of other campers. Pebble beach without urchins was in 3 minutes walking distance. In a couple of days we were proposed to get new towels. Also there was a long hotel promenade we could walk. Dubrovnik is a wonderful city to visit but can get very busy...
Dubrovnik is a wonderful city to visit but can get very busy. Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to visit the main sites if you want to avoid the tour groups. The location was great. We walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable. The 2 flights of stairs were tough with 3 bags of luggage but other than that, it was wonderful. Zadar was a lovely town, a little in need of some cash investment to help recover after the war but so interesting to walk around, take wonderful speedboat trips out to the islands, fabulous food, a wonderful place to go see. The most standout part of our holiday was the people!!! Everyone is FANTASTIC, the most friendly, helpful and entertaining people even though we visited close to the end of their season and I'm sure the all needed a much needed break we didnt encounter one single person who wasnt warm and friendly. Trogir is a small town which can be seen very quickly.

Very nice town with great restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour. Only 7 mins taxi ride from Dubrovnik airport. Boat rides into Dubrovnik take around 50 mins, local bus takes about the same time. Nice places within easy walking distance for a swim in the sea. Šibenik is a very beautiful place. I came there mainly for the Ship Festival, so my stay was also full of interesting music. That's why I didn't have much time to see the sights. Lovely and very interesting island with amazing beaches nearby, great biking opportunities, historic places to visit, wonderful restaurants, friendly people and amazing sites around every bend. We stayed in the old town, in a building built around 1400, and explored from there. We used Mlini for a night before flying out of Dubrovnik Airport. We started our Croatia holiday in Split, then did a Bike and Boat through the islands, ending up in Dubrovnik. Seeing how far Dubrovnik is from the airport, I sought closer accommodations, and it was a quick 10 minutes in the early morning when our driver picked us up at 5:40 a.m. After being there, for one day, I wish I could have spent several days there just relaxing!Guest review byBarbaraUnited States
