- From US$146.84 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,403 reviewsThis was hands down our favorite place we stayed in Croatia. It is literally right beside the best, most convenient and connected park entrance for all the trails. Also, the owners were personable and beyond helpful. Easy parking too. We ate breakfast and dinner there. Yes, it's pricey (€20 breakfast/ €32 dinner pp), but it was all abundant and delicious with great service and no need to drive down the mountain. For us, it was absolutely worth it.Guest review bySamanthaLatvia

We were treated like royalty, the staff appear to work their socks off to ensure their guests are well looked after. The pool is such a relaxing spot with beautiful surroundings, the location great, the room was large and comfortable and the two restaurants on site served lovely food. Our last night we ate at The Plum which was a real treat.Guest review byEmmaUnited Kingdom

The natural surroundings around the bungalows are beautiful, with plenty of water drinking points nearby. The toilets were clean and well-maintained. The Korana River is easily accessible, and the dog was able to roam freely and play around.Guest review byAnaIreland

The only negative was the Property description, indicating that the lakes are a 15 minute walk from the Villa. This should read that it is a 15 minutes walk to the entrance of the woods, after which there is about a 2km walk to Plitvice Lake Entrance 2 where you buy your tickets!Guest review byMyburgh - 8.0
We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice.
We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice. We booked our tickets a day before for 7am. I'm glad we went early as from 9am the park was very busy. We used entrance 2, for a longer walk (but not the longest), it was very good until we reached entrance 1 (by small ferry) which was extremely busy. I do not recommend entrance 1 as the queue for ferry was very very long. Generally avoid busy periods if you want to enjoy nature.Guest review byKatarzynaUnited Kingdom - 10

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.Guest review byVedranBosnia and Herzegovina - 10

This is a great place to base yourself when visiting the Plitvice NP. We only did a one night stay on transit between Zagreb and Zadar. There are lots of different sights to see, so wish we had a few days. There are caves and more waterfalls to see outside the National Park. The main township was much bigger than we expected. Amazing area. We ate at the family owned restaurant in a big orange building on the Eastern edge of Korenica, Restaurant Sapena. Fabulous grilled trout, and the best grilled meat platter ever.Guest review byMelissaAustralia - 10

We were there in April and went just for Plitvic lakes, it was quite cold in the morning & evening, glad we had our puffer jackets. An absolute bonus was the gorgeous little village of Rastoke, stunning and the best food of our entire 2 weeks in Croatia.Guest review byVickiNew Zealand - 10
Plivice Lakes National Park is a must see.
Plivice Lakes National Park is a must see. Natural beauty takes your breath away. It was the higlight of our tour, because we have never seen a reserve like this. Jezerce is only 5-10 minutes drive from on of the entrances to the park. Jezerce itself is beautiful and reminiscent of the Swiss Alps.Guest review byJacobusSouth Africa - 8.0

This town is very close to Plitvice and a great place to stay for less money than the official Plitvice hotels. There are a couple of restaurants in town, Restoran Degenija serves delicious food, a bit upscale, though not too expensive. Most of the town is on the main road to Plitvice, so there is a lot of traffic.Guest review byMonikaUnited States - 8.0

I think this place for relaxing like our Carpathians in Ukraine. Calm, nature, views and just you (at least in the evening). I stayed for one night because visited Plitvice lakes. For that trip in my opinion this place not very suitable - 8km from the park. You can get there just by car or taxi. There is no public transport or I don’t know about it. Although I enjoyed my stay.Guest review byOksanaUkraine - 10

The Plitvice Lakes National Park is an amazing natural wonder. We walked part of the E route and all of the F route. We accessed this from Entrance #2. Each route was very well signed. We highly recommend making a full day stop here and staying at a B&B close by.Guest review byBarbara77055United States
