SpainThe location is perfect. You can easily park near the accommodation if you have a rental car from the ferry. There is an outdoor area where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner peacefully, as it is a very family-friendly apartment area. Both Ana, Toni, and the entire family are lovely; we would stay here again without hesitation.

Elegant and epitomising quiet luxury, not only are the rooms comfortable but also stylish. The venue as a whole has the same aesthetic. Breakfast in the terrace is delightful and the choices are superb with fresh herbs from the garden. Yes, bathrooms are small but I found it still well laid out and functional. The minibar and coffee machine are a welcome extra and the bed was super comfortable. Service was exceptional, and I highly suggest following recommendations from the staff; they know the island and the vistas so well. I actually found parking very easy and had no issues getting to the hotel though Vis is a historical city so expect cobble stone pathways. It’s part of the charm!Guest review byRebeccaMongolia

Fantastic location, less than 10 min walk to centre of Komiza, very clean, modern & really well equipped. Also just at the start of several hiking trails. Correspondence before was brilliant and a taxi was organised to collect / drop off at the ferry (even though we needed at 6:15am pick up) and the price was for an 8 seater taxi and cheaper than just getting one at the post. It was fully occupied by construction workers who work on Vis in winter time and the owners probably forgot to remove the rooms from booking. The island of Vis is truly very special, still largely untouched by mass tourism, which gives it a unique and authentic charm. Its beaches are fabulous, with crystal-clear waters and stunning landscapes, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Additionally, the island offers wonderful restaurants where you can taste local cuisine made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every moment calmly. When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host. There was 2 beers in the fridge and some nuts which was a lovely add. It was clean and can’t fault the host or the room. However, the only thing to be made aware of is that the location is very far away from the port. It is a 20 minuet walk to the beach. A supermarket near by is mentioned however we were not able to find it. Luckily we had hired a car and were able to drive to others about 30 minuets away. There are 2 restaurants which are both lovely within walking distance but only sell fish related dishes. Vis is a great place to unplug and relax. The color of the ocean is mesmerizing and the streets of Vis town, Kut, and Komiza are fun to wander. We enjoyed a boat trip seeing the Blue Cave, Green Cave, and swimming at several beautiful beaches, although the water was still a bit chilly this time of year (on the plus side, the sites weren't crowded). Ample cafés and bars however we found Hotel Issa to offer by far and away the best value for walk in meals Good fun tracking down the Mama Mia locations. Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe.
Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe. It's only 15 minutes from Vis Town and it's a bit more lively and definitely much more beautiful. They have the best tour operator on the island called Ames – a lovely couple who organise amazing boat trips round the island and cook exquisite food using locally sourced produce.
