An absolute gem, great central location , exactly what was needed after 30 hours of travel. Arrived a few hours before check in, we were able to drop our bags and spent the afternoon in the pool and enjoyed a few beers. We were about 200m from the city centre . The facilities are awesome, the staff friendly and helpful. A lovely quirky place.

Every thing was absolutely perfect, we were spoilt for choice at breakfast. Tram to city centre a short walk up the street. Tea and coffee facitity in the room. Local bakery next door and a wonderful resturant just a short stroll away. Perfect affordable place to stay.

Great staff-they will do everything for you to feel great there(even I was checked out they give me 2h of free pool to recover from 3day and 3 SPARTAN races until I was waiting for my flight that night)-big THANKS for that!It mean I lot for me! Breakfast was great also-local dishes,local food,good coffe,big plus for watermelon and pineapple!Room was big and nice,quiet at night.Hotel is close to 2 big shopping centres also plus!

The staff are exceptional. We received an upgrade upon arrival. The breakfast buffet for such a large hotel was excellent. Location very good - a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Zagreb. We had a late flight the next day and they happily looked after our luggage after we had checked out - which was also great as checkout is only at 11h00

    We loved everything about the hotel!! All the staff were fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast, great choice. We had dinner one night in the hotels restaurant, delicious and good value. Location was perfect, in walking distance to all the Christmas markets and tourist attractions. The people of Zagreb that we met were so friendly and helpful. We had such a great break we're talking about going back next year. From our experience, we would highly recommend Hotel Dubrovnik and hope to return in the future!!

    These apartments in Zagreb fully met our expectations. The location was ideal, everything was very close. The interior of the apartments was modern and stylish, designed with great taste. Everything in the apartments was clean and well-maintained. The hostess was very hospitable and friendly. This is a wonderful place for a comfortable stay in Zagreb, to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Definitely recommend!

    Every member of the staff was very polite, professional, well prepared to answer questions. The room was very clean, tidy, and big considering it was a standard double room. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options to choose from. The roof of the hotel is accessible and you have such an amazing view of Zagreb, especially at night. Overall, everything one could expect from a 4 star-hotel.

    Loved Zagreb.

    Loved Zagreb. Although a lot different to the cities on the coast we found it less crowded with tourists than Split and Dubrovnik. Very easy and fun city to walk around. Wish we had spent more time here.

    For a one night stop over ideal. I guess as a base for visiting Zagreb would have also been okay but maybe a touch too far from the city. That said it wasn’t too far from a supermarket and a bus stop to get into Zagreb.

    Host offered us tea/coffee/juice when we arrived. We felt at home. She left snacks and cheese plate in the fridge for us. Although we are there for a short night's stay prior to our flight in the early morning, we felt that we could have easily stayed there longer. Very nice room at the back of the house where host stays. Private parking is good. Nice quiet neighborhood.

    A very pleasant place to visit. The city has many interesting sites & is well worth visiting. The people are also very "civilised" - friendly & helpful - unlike in some places we have been. Highly recommended !

    Velika Gorica is a cosy town with a selection of good...

    Velika Gorica is a cosy town with a selection of good restaurants. I especially recommend the Mexican restaurant. It's not for young people who want to party, as everything seems to close at 9-10PM and in Sundays everthing is closed, even the bakeries.

    the room is very nice but in the pictures they don't show all the humidity that is on the walls of the room that is hidden behind the curtains... it is a waste of money to pay to breathe humidity while you are in the room... the host was very disrespectful to me, because according to him I stole the hair dryer from the room simply because he didn't see it in the same place it was. Please make sure before calling a person a thief whether it is true or not. I am still waiting for an apology. Ridiculous

    One day in Zagreb is more than enough. One should go to other cities or take day tours after that. People are not friendly at all. I did not expect that cause I believe they are quite dependent on tourism.

    I chose Velika Gorica because it was close to the airport, but could have easily spent another day there visiting the shops and cafes. It would be a great place to stay for a few days of downtime. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night.
