Saw I was with a Kane and not the healthiest of people and immediately got us in a taxi to the apartment AND paid for the taxi…he knew this was all a supprime for my wife so kept all the secrets and even sang happy birthday with us about 6 times for every little moment she liked… he gave a tour with more singing jokes and happiness that made our stay … he got everything perfect… he organized and PAID for all travel we did and taxis (to the point sometimes we did not say we went anywhere just because he did so much nice stuff already) he found like 8 rooftop bars for us telling us his favorite aspects of each one…. He was constantly always polite and happy and helpful…the apartment was amazing and the pics speak for themselves …great location jacuzzi balcony comfy bed everything….but he made the stay luxurious….I’m sure I’ve forgotten something here as I’m writing this as quick as possible so he knows he was greatly appreciated and we haven’t forgotten his service… most pictures of awesomeness are on my partners phone so I’ll have to make do with pics on mine but amazing stay and place but more amazing customer service….the only problem is they haven’t made a statue of Odi outside the fancy classy apartments to commemorate his making your stay perfect…literally perfect ….oh and side note there’s and awesome massage place just behind the building too so you don’t have to walk far back to room after your turned to comfy jelly…but yeah AWSOME stay and build a statue of Odi in or near the apartments …if you go Budapest rich hotels are gd But this winsGuest review byRobertFrance

If you want a clean, roomy and practical private room with attached bathroom, a desk and comfortable beds, without having to pay for extras you don't need, then this Pension is for you. I stayed here last year as well, and the WiFi has improved a LOT. Plenty of sockets to charge all your gadgets. You do get towels, soap and toilet paper. The location is much better than you think, as you can get to all the major train and bus stations without changing transport.50m to the bus stop, (for Keleti and the metro)550m to Zuglo train station (for Nyugati train station) and tram station (for both bus stations). You can get to the airport in about 1h by train followed by a few stops on the 200E bus, that takes metro tickets. The food was EXCEPTIONAL EVERYWHERE, though the service was erratic and inexplicably slow in famous cafes with coffee that was always lukewarm and not piping hot. LOVED the thermal pools, we spent hours immersing ourselves in the range of bathing temperatures, would DEFINETLY REPEAT next time ! However, the Ruin bars were a significant disappointment, seemed to be an artifice for tourist instagrams. Astounding architecture and magnificent views. We decided entrance prices were too exaggerated to go inside many official historical buildings, but lovely from the outside. Absolutely fantastic city for culture, history, and to enjoy the Danube. The city is buzzing with music and art - we pretty much had live music every night over dinner. The Fisherman's Bastion and the Matthias Church were absolute highlights. The parliament building is the most beautiful parliament building you'll ever see. The cruise is super worth it. I have now been twice and seen most of the cultural hotspots. This time we went to go to the ballet at the Opera HOuse. Performance very good and theatre very comfortable.
