Incredible place!! The japanese inspired interior design is sophisticated and welcoming. The pool is divine. Complimentary breakfast is so tasty, that comes with amazing smoothies and fresh balinese coffee. The staff is so professional and friendly. Architecture is gorgeous. Everything is so amazing at this place, you'd want to go back as soon as you leave.

My wife and I had a great time in Canngu thanks to the great atmosphere and location of Ecozy Dijiwa. All the staff and the resort manager Rumadi have been so kind during all the time there. They took care of us and prevented any kind of needs. The location is vvery well-organized and they supported us in planning the activities in Canggu and in the other places to visit Bali. Finally, the room was super clean with a fantastic view. We chose the room with a private garden and it has been very comfortable and relaxed spending our days there. Furthermore, the breakfast and the dinner were rich in variety and very tasty and personalised based on the needs. I strongly recommend this place in Canggu!!

The staff at this resort were absolutely excellent, and made it a very relaxing experience for us. Shoutout Suzanne and the rest of the staff for taking extra care with my boyfriend’s nut allergy and making us feel very comfortable. We chose Anantara Uluwatu Resort for our 4 days in Uluwatu. It was perfect! We loved the location, just on the cliff with amazing sunsets. Our room was super nice, cleaned and fresh with the ocean view. When we arrived we found some honeymoon gifts, very appreciated, thank you so much! ❤️ The staff in the hotel is very kind, always smiling and ready to assist/help you! Glass bottles of drinkable water are in the room and it is super nice since tap water is not drinkable in Bali. Breakfast is just perfect! The hotel has a wonderful infinity pool that we enjoyed in the sunset time. There are also 3 restaurants: one Indonesian, one Japanese and one for grilled food. We tried all of them and we had fantastic food all the time. We managed to see what we wanted to see in the Uluwatu area: - beaches like Padang Padang beach, St. Thomas beach, Impossibile beach (just below the hotel), Bingin beach, Nusa Dua beach, Melasti beach and Nyang Nyang beach - Uluwatu temple with Kecak dance (the staff of the hotel helped us to buy the ticket for the 6 pm show because we could not find them online) - Tanah Lot temple The hotel provides a free transfer to Padang Padang beach twice a day and to Uluwatu temple. It is a very useful service! We enjoyed also an evening in the spa since we got a discount when we were there so we had a body message. We also used the laundry service. Uluwatu area is famous for the monkeys, well we were super happy that we have not met any monkeys in the hotel and in our balcony. Everything was just perfect!

Staff were fabulous. Location exactly what we wanted, quiet and very relaxing. The staff were very attentive to our every needs, and went above and beyond. We would stay here again for sure. It is expensive but for us was worth the money. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the restaurant in the hotel and the Teppanyaki were top class.

Great place to stay for markets and culture. Need transport to get around but Taxis are so cheap and Grab taxi app a must. So convenient. Day excursions with personal taxi driver in your own time a must too. Over 4 days saw a lot of the island and also squeezed in a lot in a day but with time to spare. Holiday so worth it. One more off my bucket list.

Kuta is now the quieter part of Bali.

Kuta is now the quieter part of Bali. Legian through to Canggu is the busier area now. Kuta is great for restaurants and bars. More suited to middle aged. Beach is not as good as Legian or Sanur, but acceptable.

this is an up and coming area in Bali. it looks like it will be upmarket from the shops, bars and restaurants that are already there. Its very busy and the traffic is hectic ( as is everywhere in Bali). Its a younger persons place as plenty of parties and activities. Would recommend to anyone under 40 that wants a hip vibe and action. if your older stick to Sanur

a great mix of hustle & bustle, and the quiet of the villa when you needed recovery time, or needed the peace for a leisurely massage; very easy to get around with Gojek app (for food or transportation); the traffic is an annoyance tho

Uluwatu is certainly the tourist destination for fitness and wellness lovers, or those that love the coast. The locals are extremely welcoming, and whilst I don't necessarily recommend it, you can travel most of it on foot compared to the rest of the island. The businesses are a lot more westernised and is a great first stop for your Bali trip experience.

2nd trip to Sanur and in Candidasa now but will go back to Sanur for last week. Love it. The footpath construction is neverending so look out for that but the beach area around Icon and south to Maya is awesome. No hassling on the beach, love the beach side walk end to end, amazing plant based cafes and restaurants and daily coffee at Kopi Kiosk and yoga at KOA Shala. Divine

This is a great place to stay - plenty of shops, massage and restaurants - the beach is lovely with a lot going on all the time. Some good restaurants right on the beach and lots of surf schools etc. There are lifeguards in one area, not always marked and in the same place every day - not moved to the safest swim area. But there are nearly always very competent surfers around and lots of people keeping an eye out. But take care, the currents can be changeable. We keep coming back to this area.

I loved everything I saw here, just wish I could have stayed...

I loved everything I saw here, just wish I could have stayed longer. I stayed at Prapat Beach, which was close enough to Penida Ferry Port and stunning, with an amazing view of Agung on a clear day. My accomodation was in a great spot and is as advertised. Sari Nadi Beach Stay is only a few k's from the harbour but with traffic, it took around 30mins. I did a tour of West island beaches, which I found disappointing because it was so busy, shoulder-to-shoulder busy! It felt it was impossible to really enjoy it with so many people. The walk down to Kelingking Beach might have been worth it if you didn't have to keep stopping for someone to get their perfect shot! The drive through the countryside was worth it alone though, and if your new to the island, it's a great way to get your bearings for a return visit. Crystal Beach was my pick of the beaches, just don't forget to bring a towel or change to hire one and a bed. Otherwise, you can sit at a table. Overall, I can't wait to go back! One tip, check if there are any days of (religious) observance when you stay. My stay coincided with Nyepi Laut, 'Silence of the Ocean' which means no water activity, great for me because it meant peace and quiet but not if you needed to travel that day.

Nusa Lembongan is much more relaxed than Bali.

Nusa Lembongan is much more relaxed than Bali. You can also get accommodation with fantastic views and beach access for a reasonable price. So many activities to do such as surfing, snorkelling, diving, fishing, etc. Once you've been to Nusa Lembongan, you will definitely come back again.

Great hotel in the middle of some lovely restaurants.

Great hotel in the middle of some lovely restaurants. Rooms are tired in need of upgrades and painting , but were clean and a very powerful shower. Staff were amazing and a good buffet breakfast with fresh omelette/pancakes. Pool area was relaxing and could do with a few more sunbeds. Didn’t get to the beach but a good shuttle service available. Supermarket and ATM just across the road.
