Great location, peaceful, and the staff were fantastic. Perfect for a couple's stay, away from the manic towns such as Seminyak. The main shopping street closes up from 7 pm with a couple of places to eat. Bring your exchanged money with you as we were unable to exchange or get cash out whilst in the area. Other than that, it's a perfect place to relax.

Istana is an excellent and delightful place to stay. Rooms are great and facilities very good. Michael and Komang are excellent hosts. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Food was delicious. Location was excellent with quick easy access to beach and village.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was cozy, the ambience was so peaceful, and it felt like the perfect spot to just relax and unwind. The location is great too—only a short walk to the beach. This place is so so beautiful! Super clean and such sweet staff and team! I would recommend it to all of my friends who want to see Balis nature with cool aesthetic vibes. The view from the room and/or the pool just shows why we all love Bali - Endless Richfield views with the ocean on the horizon :) I enjoyed my stay to the fullest, did not want to leave in the end! Definitely gonna come back!! THANKS <3

The room was delightful and the staff were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. The pool and garden were perfect, it was a lovely peaceful location to switch off from everything. Although there were other people staying there (there are six lodges in total), the pool was never busy and there was always space.

It was beautiful stay and set in a quiet little village only a 10 minutewalk to Yeh Gangga Beach.. A perfect place to reset, ground yourself and enjoy the bliss. Shannon is wonderful and has created a beautiful space.

    It’s totally a different experience to stay inside a golf club resort. It’s nicely maintained with good staff & hospitality. Breakfast had a huge spread & satisfying. Cottages were kept good, had heaters installed good for cold weather in this area.

    Our stay in Bedugul was a tranquil beginning to our stay in Bali. We loved the variety of scenery and activities. Although drivers were needed to access most of the activities most of these were not far from the hotel. Interactions with drivers and staff felt authentic. Loved that we could go for walks around GiriwoodHotel too. The lower temperatures in this region were very welcomed too.

    We stayed at Villa Taman di Blayu for 5 nights, for us it was a retreat to sit and chill. For this it was perfect.....after travelling through some pretty hectic traffic to get there. From the Villa there was no traffic noise, it overlooks rice fields and has lovely grounds garden / pool / ponds that surround the restaurant. The streets surrounding were safe to walk around.

    We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

    This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access. The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while. He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

    Stayed in Sesandan Village- gorgeous rolling hills full of greenery and smiling faces. I ate primarily at Bali Red Roses (food cooked by Mr. Wayan's wife). I am an ultra runner so I walked almost everywhere with the occasional trip to Tabanan. The hiking, running, and walking are wonderful. Learn about dog packs and being the alpha though because you will need to learn to handle the chatty dogs.

    I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff and owner were incredibly lovely and accommodating. The space was spotless, very clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Can't wait to come back to this special place!

    We loved the Joglo accommodation we stayed in.

    We loved the Joglo accommodation we stayed in. It was in perfect condition, very clean and spacious. Aircon worked well and surprisingly no issue with mozzies in the room. We were thankful to have toothpaste and toothbrush’s in the room for us, also body wash and shampoo. We brought along our little dog and am thankful for our experience there. For dinner we had meals delivered by a local Warung that was recommended by the hotel staff. The next morning we went to the local beach, it’s not one to swim at. More a place to get a few photos and move on. Not much to do around the area, just relax and unwind.

    Already did review but also they can send out laundry that can be done overnight for a reasonable price! Extremely helpful when on a long trip and packing light. Handara gate is not really worth paying and standing in line for. Go to Wanagiri for great photos. Banyu wana amertha falls is recommended. 3 waterfalls, no mafia guides harassing you, can take motorbike down to falls for cheap, not many people

    I can't generalize the whole area because it's really big. There are some nice views and, surely, there are many places to visit. But the transfers take too much time, bumpy roads, hilly, upside-down, left-to-right and so on. You have to have a lot of patience to go there.
