- From US$161.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 915 reviewsThe staff was very friendly and accomodating. The location was superb if you're looking for an outdoors vibe. The breakfast was wonderful. We're not luxury resort seekers. This hotel had a family friendly resort vibe which we liked. We don't have small children but loved seeing a playground. It's nice to see children not looking at a screen. The area has much to offer for families to do outdoor activities without spending a fortune. Silver strand beach was excellent with beautiful white sand.Guest review bySCHWARZUnited States
- From US$348.45 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 540 reviewsIncredibly beautiful hotel with wonderful food and amenities. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend the falconry (amazing experience!) and dinner in the Pullman restaurant, which was one of the best meals I've ever had. There was so much to do - we missed out on seeing a movie in the hotel cinema because we just didn't have time, and there were a range of activities we'd love to come back and try. Lovely resort in a lovely part of Ireland.Guest review bycorvidaesyUnited States

My husband is from Ireland and this was my second trip to Ireland for a wedding that was held at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacy enough for the both of us. I personally am from Finland and I have nothing bad to say about this experience. Would definitely come again!!Guest review byMinnaFinland

Galway wasn't our favorite place to stay.
Galway wasn't our favorite place to stay. We enjoyed our day trips outside of Galway, but the traffic in and around Galway was terrible. I even asked a local and he said the traffic was always that bad. The buses we took to the city center was 45 minutes late according to the bus schedule which was probably due to traffic.Guest review byPaulUnited States - 10
This is just the loveliest place to visit and stay a while.
This is just the loveliest place to visit and stay a while. The tourist office will guide you to great things to do! Guys on the Main Street is a good choice for eating. There are many restaurants to choice from. It’s easy to walk around the town and window shop. And if you can visit whilst the arts festival is on, that’s even better! You’ll want to return…Guest review byAnonymous - 10
Cleanliness in the room is first class.
Cleanliness in the room is first class. Furnitures are shiny and spotless up to the highest standard. Staffs were professional and welcoming. Friendly and very happy to help. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, the accommodation delivered on every promise of comfort and luxury. When we entered our room, the smell was lovely and refreshing, the bed looks so beautiful and comfy, room very clean and presented nicely and bathroom very clean and shiny. A special thank you to the staff Trixie and Jackie for making our stay so memorableGuest review byAnonymous - 10

Really good value. Great location for exploring beautiful area. The dorm is really low priced but clean and comfy with room to store possessions. Kitchen rather under-equipped especially in terms of saucepan provision.Guest review byJenniferUnited Kingdom - 8.0

This B&B was a short drive to Galway city and offered a quiet refuge. We had stayed in the city for excitement and that was just fine but the Claregalway cottage was a welcome change -- the location was near to few businesses.Guest review byAnonymous - 10

The overall village look was lovely....but some of the pub standards were very poor and run down....I know this can add to a traditional feel but the Guinness in the pub was poor, as this is a tourist area, this needs to be much improved and the pub we ate in the service was good but overpriced completely....I thought Kinvara would have been better and I would certainly visit but would not need to stay for very long....I was expecting better but I appreciate everyone is trying to make a living and the season is almost over....Guest review byKarenIreland - 10

All this area has a beautiful landscape with a mixture of new and old, rural yet always near towns and villages. Easy access by main roads but also along quiet lanes. It's inland but only a short drive to the coast or Shannon waterways.Guest review byGordonIreland - 10

Loughrea is a beautiful small town with an amazing lake and hills surrounding it. You can really feel the Irish vibes there. There are many pubs serving lovely food, and Hope's Bakery is worth visiting for their homemade bread and cakes.Guest review byIwona - 10

This is a super area to stay in for exploring Galway and surrounding areas. The town has plenty of shops which would make a self catering stay a possibility if needed. We had a super meal in the Stone House Pizza bar at the old barracks….would highly recommend.Guest review bySineadIreland
