- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 63 reviewsEverything! The serene location, the ruins of the castle that were preserved, the original antique furniture, the blazing fire in the fireplace, the majestic wallpapers, the hallway with renessaince paintings, the mysterious fog on the fields and I could go on… all this made sure we had a timeless and unique once in a lifetime experience spending our 4th anniversary in an actual Castle!!! We spent a night there solving a detective game and had an absolute blast! The ambient was just perfect and we left with memories that we will cherish forever! Also, I want to say thank you to our wonderful Host Sean who was available via email and answered all my questions within minutes. He greated us in person and was very friendly explaining us a few things. We thank you again for creating such an unparalleled experience sharing the Castle with the public and for keeping such good care of it!Guest review byGeorginaHungary
- From US$128.21 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 656 reviewsThe hotel was really nice stunning, bar and restaurant. Food was amazing, and local fish and mussels. It is lovely sitting in the outside area by the fountain ⛲️. Staff were very professional and couldn't do enough for you. Stephen, the manager, was so great and really knew his stuff about food and drink. The swimming pool was lovely, ice bath, sauna steam room, and jacuzzi. Perfect, stop to catch our early ferry 20 minutes away. Definitely be back to stay here.Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom
- From US$114.46 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 2,899 reviewsMy family had such a great experience in this hotel, the staff is very friendly, the swimming pool is great and the food is of the highest quality cooked with the utmost care. Good location if you are driving as it is very close to some key spots in Wexford. It was challenging to wash the kids' hair as the shower is fixed in the wall.Guest review byBalmeidaIePortugal

Wexford is a lovely coastal town on the Southeast coast with a real warm vibe to it. Cosy pubs and cafes with access to beaches that span miles with hardly anyone on them. You can spend days exploring the town and find lovely pubs, restaurants and cafes to relax, read and chat with friends or go driving to nearby beaches like Kilmore Quay and Curracloe. The Wexford Festival Opera is the perfect time to go and experience lesser known operatic works by a wonderful opera company in the very beautiful National Opera House. The festival definitely gives the town an extra buzz.Guest review byWillUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Once a ferryport devoid of any real amenities apart from a hotel, Rosslare now boasts several bewer hotels, a fantadtic fish and chip shop, a restaurant-bar, a Pizza cafe, a supermarket and a post office. The village if Kilrane is a short walk away where you'll find two bars that serve food.Guest review byJOHNUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Quaint and picturesque town on the pleasant river Slaney steeped in Irish History. Enniscorthy was the scene of the 1798 rebellion where the united Irishmen took their last stand on the summit of Vinegar hill overlooking the town. The Castle and the 1798 visitors centre are worth a visit if you are interested in history as is the Father Murphy centre at Boolavogue. Nice beaches close by, greyhound racing, and traditional Irish pubs which are good for a sing song! Enjoy!Guest review bySEANUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The cleanliness is superb.
The cleanliness is superb. The only downside is we dont have a private toilet/ shower room. Maybe if you travel with group this is okay because you dont mind sharing with your group. We have kids so its kinda difficult when we dont have our private toilet. It was my fault because i didnt read that the toilet facilities are sharedGuest review byKathleenUnited Arab Emirates - 8.0
Medium sized Irish town sitting on the river Barrow.
Medium sized Irish town sitting on the river Barrow. Quiet on a Sunday but still worth a visit. Main tourist attractions are the Dunbrody Famine Ship where actors role playing as emigrants interact with visitors during a tour of the ship, the Ross Tapestry (note: not open Sunday or Monday), the Norman walking trail that details the origin of New Ross (some small hills to be tackled) and the nearby Kennedy Homestead and John F. Kennedy Arboretum (both to the south of New Ross). Plenty more to see and do in the area, particularly Tintern Abbey and the Colclough Walled Garden (best visited in the autumn when the many apple tress are fully laden).Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Great, friendly, staff. Great Cráic at the bar.
Great, friendly, staff. Great Cráic at the bar. N8ce music at bar. Lovely atmosphere throughout facility. One blip was, a wet towel left by previous guests was still hanging on hook behind bathroom door. Cleaning staff need to check the hooks behind doors when cleaning bathroom area. Didn't upset me really. The overall stay was top class and I will be returning.Guest review byPATRICK JIreland - 10.0

Duncannon is a beautiful village on the South Coast with a beautiful sandy beach. It is ideally located to explore the area with both Waterford and Wexford only a short drive away. Hook Lighthouse is 20 minutes away by car and is a must for anyone visiting the area.Guest review byFr SeanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It's quite central and a good location to get to other parts of Wexford and Waterford. Pretty location by the sea with good accommodation such as the Marsh Mere Lodge and the Kings Head pub providing a good evening meal. Visiting The Hook and it's famous lighthouse, Booley Bay and other stopping off sites is a very pleasant drive from Arthurstown.Guest review byRebeccaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Nice little town, lots of individual shops to meander around, interesting history, nice pubs, but only one that we could find, served food! We searched for ages, till we found somewhere to eat! We were disappointed at that to be honest. Also, OMG the one-way system is very hard to negotiate! We left our accommodation at 6.30am to drive to the ferry port at Rosslare and went around the system 3 times in the dark, before we managed to get onto the road we need! Badly signposted too!Guest review byJanetUnited Kingdom
