Absolutely EVERYTHING, I am just sorry to be traveling solo this time and not with my wife and our baby boy accompanying! I think I got lucky enough to get offered the “suite” of the hotel, great room with big windows and views over the bay, bed with a mattress with a feeling like “sleeping in the clouds”, nice decoration. And the pub is simply LEGENDARY. The pub food is the best I have ever tried in Ireland (and I lived there for near 8 years before) both in quality and variety. I got also B&B and the breakfast was a la carte with no restrictions. The music live sessions going on every evening where simply class, great covers of all time classics. A true pleasure to enjoy there the grand finale of the Six Nations and Ireland’s historic Grand Slam. The hotel is at the Bray seafront within 5 minutes walking distance to the DART and close to many shops and the Main Street. The reception ladies were super polite and attentive and the young lads waiters were all courteous and kind. Rooms cleaned and serviced every day

I am happy with everything. There were two heaters in the room. The weather was not good, we turned on one for comfort. There is a wide choice of dishes for breakfast. Fried eggs and omelette from home eggs. Aromatic coffee finishes breakfast with a beautiful view of the garden. The house is surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden. A light breeze carried the aromas of blooming lilies. The hosts are hospitable. I wish their business prosperity.

It’s a seaside town. Out of season it must be quite pretty.

It’s a seaside town. Out of season it must be quite pretty. It has a long promenade and a pleasant walk around the adjacent headland. On a Sunday afternoon in September it is popular and busy. Think fish-and-chips and ice-cream.

Enniskerry is a beautiful relaxing area to visit, lots to see and do. Powerscourt House and Gardens is certainly worth a visit as is the lovely Powerscourt House Hotel. While taking a walk around Enniskerry don't forget to call into one of the lovely coffee shops and if you fancy a relaxing drink or food in the evening, drop into the Enniskerry Inn. Johnnie Fox's pub is something not to be missed when in this area, the food is delicious & the atmosphere in this pub is very enjoyable. Overall Enniskerry is a beautiful location and certainly worth exploring.

Wicklow has a lot to offer.

Wicklow has a lot to offer. In my experience, the Wicklow Gap was great for a hike, Glendalough has fascinating ancient ruins, and Brittas Bay is perfect for a swim or a walk. Bray is such a lovely town, with a beautiful seaside promenade.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are exceptional, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, the food was amazing and the rooms are cosy and spacious. Unfortunately, there were some fire doors outside our room and they were really loud when they banged shut and kept us awake but except from that we had a great stay and were treated to complimentary treats upon arrival and champagne with our meal for our anniversary.

This area won’t be right for everyone.

This area won’t be right for everyone. My husband and I arrived after an extended trip to England and the Isle of Man. We were not in the mood for busy tourist areas. The Town of Aughrim is so sweet, and really gives you an idea of rural Irish life. There were enough things to see in the area for us, such as Avoca Woolen mills, Glendalagh Monestery, Russborough house, and Wicklow Town.

I'm Mitch Matthews - a full time DJ in my 50s> I stayed here as I was DJing at a wedding nearby. The owner and her team where lovely and wanted to do everything that they could to make sure that I was happy with my stay, which I was. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is great, the service is friendly and helpful without being overbearing. It's also great value for money. I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10

I tried to book an extra night or two but unfortunately they were fully booked. The fact they my son’s therapy dog was allowed was an incredible blessing, and she loved the walks and meeting the mini horses which were on the grounds. The venue for walkers and nature lovers is superb, and the views were spectacular !!! The venue was only about 3-4 minutes away from shops, but it felt like you were nestled in a peaceful countryside. We will be delighted to return again. Thank you to all.
