The stay was altogether very pleasant, the rooms&bathroom were very clean and spatious. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary use of pool and spa facilities. The breakfast was delicious, very good range of choice and the at-table waiting was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super kind and accommodating, both the service and at the reception. The location is great for how close it is for various trips to Dublin and around, yet a bit away from all the busy city noise. The parking is also very nice with the option of an underground garage.

Couldn't do enough for us. We were back really late after a concert and were really hungry and cheekly asked if they were serving food and the staff made up some sandwiches for us

A lovely cosy, clean and comfortable room, great location and close to public transport. Also very close to blackrock clinic, shopping centre, park, and blackrock village. Beautiful views over the sea. Would highly recommend. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this B&B was five star all the way! Jacquie and Joe were the consummate hosts and our entire stay from , check-in to checkout was seamless. Their home is exquisite, very warm and inviting, beautifully decorated with a gorgeous breakfast room and garden. The breakfast spread was extensive with lots of options for every palate and even the day we were leaving she made a wonderful boxed breakfast for us to take to the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we even were welcomed with a Bailey's nightcap each night. Small touches made all the difference, and they thought of everything! I can't recommend this B&B enough and will definitely be back!

Spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom. The host was very helpful and friendly. Secure off-road parking and a big terrace. Quiet location, but close to restaurants and connecting roads. I had a good visit. Thank you
